Weird coincidence. Paul just emailed me with a picture of it! He's said the bass is resting before final adjustments and setup and will be shipping it to me 5th/6th June. Im going to debut it at a festival on the 14th June so I'm going to standby on posting photos till then. Sorry to be a tease! Always said I wanted the first photos of it online to be of it being used live!

Nothing yet! I emailed Paul this morning to check if we're still on track for end of May. I suspect it may be in my hands sometime next week, depending on the date he finishes it and shipping times. I had originally planned to collect in person as I was going to near London but plans have since changed so I'll be having it shipped up North now.

Was hoping to collect this week but been told it should be ready by the end of May! Goal has always been in time for a festival on 14th June where it'll make it's debut (hopefully with some nice photo evidence) so I'm glad that's looking good.

Just a clear gloss finish! No paint for this haha. That would be blasphemous with such a gorgeous topwood.

Update this morning. Still on for a May/June competition date.

No more photos yet but the estimated completion date has shifted from Nov 25 to May - June 25! I'm hoping for the end of May, just in time for festival season.

Hi all, I've been on Wal's wait list since 2021 and was finally offered a build slot in June this year. It's due to be completed late next year just in time for my 30th birthday (fingers crossed). In the last week I've selected my facing and had a progress picture of the neck. I'm not sure how many pictures I'll get but figured some people may be interested considering how difficult it is to get a new Wal.

My new tribute band's 2nd gig last night. A warm-up at The Garrison in Barnsley. We're announcing an Autumn UK tour tomorrow including some pretty bloody good venues for a tribute with only 2 gigs under our belt. Its taken us nearly a year to get everything to the standard we're happy to put out and its paying off. You can't really do a tribute to Post Malone unless you know you can pull it off. We had people last night who came up to us after and said they're Post Malone fans but came to see us thinking that we'd be shit and it'd be a laugh and that instead we blew them away. I take that as a win! The Garrison is a brilliant venue, the only tough part is it's a Sports Bar first and a music venue second, so we had to sound check/load in to a packed building. Other than that, its ace.

Not the catchiest of names but the opportunity to get custom ordered Stingrays is now available and way overdue! Unfortunately I'm selling off basses currently but I'm excited to see what people get. Anyone going for it or considering it? I love that roasted flame maple necks are an option.
