  1. Hey Tobie, So it has a Sovtek 12AX7LP valve inside. I have tried typing a description of how the pedal sounds/acts a few times and am honestly finding it difficult to nail. The pedal is very different to anything else I have owned Does the subtle warmth thing for sure though is definitely eager to get aggressive, I never used the boost as it took things way beyond my requirements. Best analogy I can think of is, it sounds in the realm of a driven Orange AD200
  2. Made for me by Martin Owen 3 years ago. This is the version of his Space Charge tube distortion pedal that is modified for bass guitar. £70 posted All works great and gives nice genuine tube saturation. Includes power adapter (to use another adapter or power brick you need one of the cables that converts to centre positive) and the manual Has a paint chip on one edge shown in images. Currently has velcro on the bass. Happy to answer any questions
  3. Brand new, never opened. £40 posted Currently £67 a pack on Thomann
  4. £35 Posted Bought this with a Maruszczyk bass I purchased 3-4 years ago that I did not know included it's own strap and I never got round to returning it. Honestly do not know if I have ever used this strap Strap Size - Large 47 - 59", 119cm - 150cm
  5. Fully working and in great condition. Includes TC carry bag £300 including UK postage I have owned it for around 3 years, mostly home use. All works fine and is stupid loud. Here is TC's website link for all the info - https://www.tcelectronic.com/product.html?modelCode=P0CIV Happy to answer any questions and anyone who wants to come to Faversham to test it out is welcome.
  6. Letting go of my ISP Beta Pre-Amp. £150 posted. Gonna leave it at this price for a few days, if no one wants it I'll keep it 🙂 In original box, includes manual and wall plug Little known about, great pre-amp that does not pop up for sale too often. Lots of features, high quality and sounds awesome. The decimator noise gate is fantastic, I almost want to keep it just for this. The one-knob compressor is also impressive, similar results to the one knob compression found on Darkglass amps. Has 2 quirks I want to point out - Has to be used with the included wall plug as far as I know due to AC power requirement. Secondly, the pedal does not have bypass so is always on (I bought a Bright Onion pedal loop and ran it through that so I could switch it on and off) Currently has velcro on the base Happy to answer any questions, anyone who want to come try out in Faversham is very welcome.
  7. Reluctant listing of my Yamaha John Myung RBX 6-String. £800 including DPD postage (UK only please). Offers welcome, only trades would be for Ibanez multiscale headless 5/6-strings as that's what I'm raising the money for. I have owned it from new though very rarely play it anymore and I feel it's time for it to move on. I bought it new in, I believe, 2003. Always loved this bass and love that it's a bit different, one thing I always feel the need to point out is that the infinity inlay crosses over at the 13th fret whereas you would expect it to cross at the 12th. Plays and sounds great, all works and has had new strings not too long ago (Ernie Ball Slinkys). Volume pot works fine though has become very loose (as in the turn action does not have the expected resistance). Condition is good for a 20 year old instrument, some mild scuffs and dings all very small and hard to show in pictures. Gold hardware has the expected tarnishing. Has Schaller strap locks, I do not have the originals anymore I'm afraid. To pre-empt the inevitable question - weight wise it's either the heaviest bass you've ever played or at least top 3 (I will try to weigh it when I can, I do not own scales) The bass does not have a gig bag or case though I have an old guitar case and plenty of decent packaging to have it fit for posting. Please throw me any questions, and anyone who wants to make the trip to Faversham is welcome to try it out.

  9. Not sure this is a factor. I know they have the well known TC issue with deceiving power numbers, in reality the amps have plenty of juice. I have used an RH750 as a power amp many times and it go's stupid loud and stays clean.
  10. Cor, that's booful that is. Bet it sounds glorious.

  12. I use one for a few extra tone options or occasionally as a 'second channel' for a specific song in a set. Some great amps have rubbish DI's too so a separate pre-amp can take care of that duty.
  13. I've wanted this amp for so long. I'm definitely putting some stuff up for sale and keeping fingers crossed I can muster the funds in time!
  14. Hope I did not come across as rude. I've been looking for the Tube version for a while and was hoping you had both and had added the wrong images 🙂 GLWTS
  15. May I ask - The pictures show the FET version of this amp, the Tube version says Nexus tube on the front panel Is the amp you are selling a different one? The FET is not all valve (KT88's as in this pic) Thanks
  16. In almost as new condition and working perfectly. Owned for around a year. Price includes next day DPD postage
  17. Fantastic, versatile compressor. Purchased from Thomann around 1 year ago Immaculate condition and works perfectly. Only selling as it is surplus to requirements Free DPD postage included in price. No trades thanks.
  18. In fantastic, as new condition and in original box. Price includes UK postage
  19. My favourite of the Darkglass drives, I have other options that I am using more so this is no longer needed. In great condition, works perfectly and in original box. Price includes UK postage
  20. Ash bought a Mark Bass amp off of me recently. Incredibly friendly communication throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Can highly recommend Ash to you all!
  21. Bought as back-up about a year ago though it has seen very little use in that time. Fantastic condition, plays nice and the Hot-Rod Yellow looks awesome. Strings could use replacing Includes UK postage Happy to answer any questions No trades please
  22. Bought this in 2016 and have taken good care of it over the years. This is the model before they started calling them Vintera basses. I believe the colour is called honey blonde, it certainly looks great with the gold anodised pickguard and bridge/pickup covers. Has not seen live gigs though I have used it a few times jamming with friends, other than that it has never left my house. Superb condition other than the mark on the end of the headstock (no idea how or when I did this) Strung with Pyramid flat-wounds, has Schaller strap-locks fitted that I will include (original standard strap mounts will also be included) Includes Fender gig-bag Price includes UK postage Happy to answer any questions and listen to offers 🙂 No trades please.
  23. Hi, Great, warm sounding 250w amp. I bought it as a spare just before lock-down and in that time it has barely been used. I never like to use the word immaculate though I can't find a single mark on it. Works perfectly and sounds great In original box, with power lead Includes UK postage No trades thank you, happy to answer any questions 🙂

  25. I owned the 900 before the 500. The extra features on the 900 are definitely nice though the only one I personally miss is the gain control (and I don't miss it that much) Volume wise they are almost identical, and obviously the tone is identical. Here's a pic showing the size compared to a MB.
