  1. You’ll enjoy it, I’m having great fun with mine
  2. Thanks both, what is the tension like on those? Reasonable match for the rounds I use?
  3. Morning all I’m excitedly awaiting a Squier Mustang bass that I bought on here yesterday, haven’t had a new bass day in a long time so that’s gonna be a highlight I have a barely used set of a Labella flats that I was going to put on it straight away, but on thinking about it properly, these are short scale and I’m not sure if they will fit the mustang, any idea if I’m right there? I've also read somewhere that Labella flats aren’t suitable for stringing through body, so it sounds on both counts like I might need some new flats. Any recommendations? I like a light gauge, these Labellas are 37-96, and my D’Addario rounds on my other shorties are 40-100 Thanks in advance!
  4. Also PM'd, I'll take it if Hooky hasn't
  5. Oh man that just makes the GAS worse haha
  6. I’m liking that the Warwick SS and the SS Stingray line up almost exactly the same in each pic. I have the wick, and was thinking about adding the ray...
  7. Thank you for replying, I think it might be a bit heavy for what I want it for though
  8. Nice that the wick is included, don’t hear much about them
  9. Just everything about it really, visually more appealing, more user friendly, seems to work better. Everything laid out in one place rather than doing the stuff in different areas. I preferred it so much that I’ve uninstalled the Zoom GuitarLab software
  10. Ok I've downloaded the ToneLib Zoom, seems quite a lot better than Zoom's own software so thanks for that Have got Stew's patch no problems, but Al Krow, your patch is only showing a ZNR, which I assume isn't right?
  11. haha yep. I assume it's the ToneLib Zoom?
  12. Certainly can, however I’ve had a few beers so probably better to try it tomorrow 🤣
  13. I use the relatively low end Audio Technica ATH-M30X, which were about £50 new, maybe 5-6 years ago. They sound decent enough to me, and are comfortable without specs on (which I only wear for work).
  14. Thanks for this, that’s awesome. I’ll get that programmed into mine tomorrow
  15. I also tried Stewblack’s, it also didn’t work. I wonder why? Maybe the memory on mine is full. I’m using the B1-Four.
  16. @Al Krow I’ve tried adding those patches to zoom guitar lab but it’s not having any of it tried adding them in to the patch pool but they won’t appear. if you’re willing to add screenshots that would be awesome, but I totally understand if it’s a pain in the butt 🤣
  17. Thanks! Screenshots are best for me, I’ll have a browse through this thread and see if I can find them I can happily try downloading them as well!
  18. I’d love to try those slap patches out, if you’re willing to share!
  19. I’ve only noticed it with high compression tbh, but found it offputting enough that I keep the compression quite low!
  20. Yeah the price was a big draw for me, and although it’s not the most amazing sounding piece of kit ever, it’s really very good especially for the number of notes it cost me. Also the rhythm feature is really handy, and the effects are quite fun to mess with. I’d still love a tonepocket though... am thinking about it... 😂
  21. They look great, thanks! Do they make any for the larger post holes?
  22. They do lightweight ones? That’s interesting to know, I’ll check out the website, thanks
  23. I’ve got schallers on one bass, they’re great but I don’t fancy paying out that much on a bass I’ve paid £35 for haha. Any other alternatives? thanks in advance
