Anyone setup up a Double Stop Extender from Hipshot? I'm in a pickle!

  Usually the "D" may need to be set but that's the only thing that I could see that needs adjusting. Without pulling mine out of my parts drawer I can't think what it might be grinding on.

  I guess the first thing is to ensure it's been put back together properly after installing (eg. cog the right way up).
