  1. Beautiful basses, I didn’t know they did a B profile neck on a jazz, do you think it was a special order
  2. Also, No.Tom in Denmark street have a 72 precision with a maple neck
  3. Im always looking at vintage sites and most of the basses advertised have been on for quite a while, there’s very few gone on recently, I’ve got an itch for an early 70s precision , there’s some nice ones in the US but the taxes make them expensive
  4. I’m working on this at the moment, great Bassline
  5. Yeah I like that , is it tuned down stub
  6. I’m sure I’ve seen them but what’s the other 2 🙂
  7. That’s one of my perfect basses there, beautiful 👍
  8. Print yourself off lots of these and have them everywhere to refer to, it will soon be in your memory bank, you can also mark them up with a highlighter for scales etc
  9. I’m slowly working my way through this, thanks for the suggestion, it really is good ☝️
  10. That’s a lot of post’s , I thought that was yours Ricky, but I’ve just realised that it’s Doods
  11. Just a suggestion, might be worth asking what the fan noise is like on the amp’s that are given, I really don’t like the noise of a fan in a quiet room , (if it doesn’t bother you it’s not a problem) , which is one of the reasons I’ve got all valve amps and the RM500 which is so quiet 🙂
  12. Starting the day with some nice blues, great Bassline I’m gonna give it a play later
  13. I’ve had quite a few Ashdown heads, out of interest what do you prefer about the ABM to the RM 🙂
  14. I had one, they play well, have a nice neck and sound wise are very good, I’d definitely have another
  15. Verna lee
  16. I’ve never broke a string before, I had something fall against my jazz and put a Nick in a couple , so I had to change them your right Lozz 👍
  17. I change my strings regularly, once in 1984 then again in 2004 😁
  18. They are really great strings, if you’re happy with flatwounds , don’t change them
  19. Imo, flats get better with with time and mellow nicely, I never change mine unless I sell the bass and then I take them off and fit them to the new one 🙂
  20. I’ve just tried it , and to me , although I prefer to fret, it sounds better with open strings
  21. Mine might be drastic, I’ll let you know 😁
  22. Why don’t they play them the same teebs 🙂
