Looks like HB2's on your bass, Hipshot HB7'S should fit...nip onto Hipshot web page and check the dimensions. If the HB7's which have a smaller base plate area do fit you gota redrill for screws 🙂

Well, had a jaunt down to Preston today to meet up with @ead and take possession off this CIJ Geddy it's lovely it really is, had an hour or so playing it & the old arthritic didgits never complained once..what a difference with such a slim neck really a joy to play now. 🙂

Had the pleasure travelling down to Alains hometown to pick-up a Geddy Jazz. Plenty pics were sent along with excellent comms, a true gent to deal with thank you very much sir 👍

Well it's like they wont take no for an answer, the bass is boxed up ready to return and now they want the serial number so they can order a certificate then post out to me but could take weeks..i don't want the f in thing...i've told them that, fed up repeating myself on the phone and emails that never get answered 🤬😡👎

Totally agree about the contact remarks, i've sent them a returns email for bass to be picked up but no reply. Maybe there waiting on Fender replying about the certs i dunno, anyway for all it takes to say were dealing with the courier for an uplift i'll phone again Monday see what they say..never mind happy Friday

Well, the Jazz is going back this week hopefully. PMT sent Fender an email regarding the serial number, unfortunately due to this covid scenario the department at Fender who deals with these issues are working only through email & not able to speak with anyone so it could take a bit longer IF they get answers. It's the IF word...So its an email tomorrow to the returns department and that should be it 👍

Never had this fiasco before so should i be looking at returning the Jazz again ? Or get PayPal involved i dunno

Well for the most unforgettable shopping experience try PMT and not in a good way, maybe i was just unlucky the 1st time but after being told they had checked the replacement 3 times you'd think it would be fine.

Right, 2 weeks ago i ordered a Jazz Pro (that was on the Monday) delivered on Tuesday and noticed a ding, scratches and a gnarled up T/R access hole on scratchplate, sent photos and gave them a bell to get it uplifted and a new one sent out which would take 2 - 3 days so should have been here at the latest on Wednesday this week..but didn't..sent a query email which was unanswered then phoned them up told bass would arrive Saturday which it did..its a 2016 model strings are dead and the best bit is the serial number authenticity certificate don't match serial number on bass !!! I checked online & it's for a black Jazz where mine is white. The dude on the phone said he had checked it 3 times 3 fekin times & still got it wrong. Obviously i'll be on the phone Monday or Tuesday dunno if there shut with it being a bank holiday. First and defiantly the last shower o dung
