    So, I have recently acquired a Squier JV Jazz Bass. All original apart from the control plate knobs (and pots). There are 3 knobs: 1. Master Volume 2. Pick up selector (3 way switched) 3. Volume control (3 way switched) Now, as much as interesting this is, I want a normal 3 knob (vol/vol/tone) control plate. What do I need to get? I have my soldering iron ready. What pots are the best? I have never done anything like that before - any help appreciated. Thanks.

Imagine, the gig is done - everyone starts packing up and you start stretching and throw the craziest postures for the audience. Might get another round of applause though.

    Hydration, proper food - source of vitamins and minerals. Have you tried hydration tablets for athletes? That might be the easiest way to keep you hydrated. Drink that during a gig (workout) and see if it works.     For sale lovely Precision - Matt Freeman Signature. Bass in fantastic condition - no marks on the body - I don't think it's been played much at all. Frets look like new.     Doug Wilkes bass, recently got it in a trade. Great instrument, everything is really high quality. The electronics are a little bit too crazy for me with a 3 way switch, master volume, balance blend(?) and 2 band bass and treble EQ. I think the body is mahogany with maple neck and really nice Macassar ebony fretboard. Bridge and tuners are Shaller - the bridge is really cool, you can even adjust string spacing to your desired setting. The neck is a bit thicker than the standard jazz (1.7inch at the nut) but really comfortable and all the frets are really easily accessible. The body has some signs of wear, dings and bumps but nothing terrible. One of the previous owners has painted some of the chips, therefore - against the light you can see some paint in those places. The neck is almost perfect though (quite weird) with only one small imperfection at the back - hard to capture on the photo. I would prefer a sale but open to trade offers. 4 string only please.
