  1. SOLD!!! NOW FOR QUICK SALES PRICE - 500 GBP!!! Hey folks, I have a wonderful Yamaha TRB1005F fretless 5-string for trade. Extremely good resonating body and stable neck, just too many strings for me. The condition is like new. Comes with the case. I would consider fretless JV series Squier Jazzes, Tokai Jazzsounds or Fender Jazz Basses as a trade. Shoot me what you've got. The destination is Tallinn, Estonia. 2. Actually it will be wize to change your body form while playing. Be sure that your spine stands straight and your head doesn't tilt forward. The other thing to think of is avoiding the wind and low temperature after you leave the gig. And of course lighter bass helps for sure!
  3. How can a bass player live with just one bass??? It's like a sculptor having just one hammer for everything. Jesus!!! I have ten!
  4. Enfield basses might be the answer. Really slick necks and great PB tone! On the modern side though.
  5. Swap the pickups to Seymour Duncan Antiquity II and you'll have all the low end!
  6. Just got the Canon Custom 4! It sounds nothing like a J or P or MM! ... IT SOUNDS MUCH BETTER!!! WOW, WHAT A MONSTER BASS IT IS!!! IT'S A REAL HEAVY CANON!!!
  7. Gone! Traded for an Enfield Canon Custom 4!
  8. Thanks! I am just about to trade my Fodera NYC for an Enfield Canon. There is also a bunch of Jazz basses and Precisions in my corner waiting to get some playing time but I need one-does-it-all 4-string for my gigs.
  9. Hey fellow bass players! Has any of you tried Martin Sims Enfield basses against the real J, P, J+P, MM, MM MM, etc basses? Any comments about their similarities or differences? Especially sound wise? Thanks a lot! Margus
