1. Trade failed because of the wrong string spacing. So back on the market. It's a wonderful bass! Built based on Fodera's specs. One of the best balancing instruments.
2. Still available, although some interest. Here's some sound samples (sry for sloppy playing): https://soundcloud.c...-expressor-comp https://soundcloud.c...-expressor-comp https://soundcloud.c...-expressor-comp https://soundcloud.c...-expressor-comp https://soundcloud.c...essor-comp-slap
3. Still available. I just played it during the last rehearsal - this thing sounds HUGE!
4. Your blueburst is a dream bass indeed! BTW, why do you sell it?
5.
Your list is very impressive...fodera, mtd...alembic, schroeder....what kind of mtd have you got?
Hey, I have an older '95 535 with the old bridge and pickups. Wenge/Wenge/Korina. I have had also another one like this and a newer one with Maple/Rosewood neck and Ash/Figured Maple body. I have to say though that the older ones sound better for what I do. But I love the new finishes especially the blueburst.
6. Hey, sry, I am on the training tour! Will share the pics when back at home!
7. I own a Tokai Jazz and I can assure that these sound better than a number of vintage Fenders I've tried or owned. I used to play Tokai basses during the 80s when I was touring with one of the famous Eastern European rock band. So grab it if you can! These are gems! I was supposed to buy that bass but unfortunately my herd got too big already as I just got two almost identical JV Squiers from the same era.
8. Here's a little sound sample of my Bogart. Just recorded for you to get the picture of it's beautiful sound. Don't focus on my sloppy playing just listen to the sound. There's no EQ, the signal goes from Manley Tube Di to Lynx Aurora and into the Audio Interface. I added a tiny bit of UAD Neve compression and some reverb to fit the drums. https://soundcloud.c...less-bass-sound First I play using my thumb and index finger, then two fingers while all the controls (pan & EQ) are in the center position, then I turn the pan knob towards the neck pickups and in the end you can listen to the bridge pickup. Enjoy!
9.
I prefer the Nolls, whoever buys this will be a very happy bass owner.
Thanks!
