  1. That makes sense - would there be a big downside to replacing 3pdt with 4pdt? I'm not seeing 3pdt toggle switches on many retailers.
  2. Hey, I know this is possible to do, but I just wondered if anyone had done this themselves and could advise? I use a Tone Hammer as a handy phantom-powered desktop DI/preamp, and would like to switch out the footswitches (one to engage the unit, one to engage the AGS) for toggle switches to make it more of a desktop unit. I know plenty of people who could advise/do this type of mod for me, but I'm looking to learn more about components and modding so thought i'd reach out here first. I think I would need a 3PDT/4PDT toggle switch like the one below? I'm not sure if SPDT or DPDT would do the job. Any advice is appreciated, thanks! 3. Great preamp/DI, excellent for clean tone shaping or using the AGS to add a bit of warmth. Bought very recently in current condition, just not getting much use. No box but will be packaged securely, there are a few small scuffs/marks which I've highlighted in the photos, such as to the white part of the Gain knob, but otherwise in very good condition/very clean. Can post at buyer's expense. Message me if you have any questions.
  4. You'd think people would grow up by the time they reach your sort of age.... Singers are a different breed, I suppose...
  5. Walrus Audio Canvas Mono passive DI/LI box £120 inc UK postage. Comes with original box, bag, etc. Great little compact passive DI/LI box with switchable Pad, Ground Lift, and Summing options. Bought new very recently, fully working, never gigged, used once or twice at home but in mint condition - no damage, marks, etc. I've added two strips of Velcro underneath, but these can be removed cleanly. Only up for sale as it's not getting used at the moment.
  6. *SOLD* Focusrite 6i6 (2nd gen) USB audio interface. In full working order, very clean with original box, USB-A cable, and power supply. Only selling as I've moved onto a different interface. Can post at buyer's expense Please message if you have any questions
  7. Only realised after ordering from them that DV247 in Romford is no more... Now it seems to be just the German team, who don't respond to emails and also use UPS, which requires a US address to give delivery instructions... Shame, they were really good when they had a UK store.

I remember when it was called Digital Village and there were fields full of cows all around it.

I bought my first Jazz Bass from Digital Village when it was the small shop in Chadwell Heath, I also used to rehearse in the building that DV247 eventually moved into in Romford.

DV247 was great shop and I bought a few guitars from there over the years.

@SpondonBassed @Nice Guy Rich Ahh, so that's what the DV stood for! Never knew

  8. *SOLD* - Dunlop DVP4 Volume X Mini pedal Bought recently in current condition - a few small scuffs (see pics) but very clean, only selling as it's surplus to current requirements. Very conveniently sized volume pedal that can also be used as an expression pedal by toggling internal controls. +£10 for postage. No box but will be well packaged. Please message if you have any questions

  9. Anyone here got a 'Pill' pedal? I have a specific use-case query and wondered if anyone might have the answer...

  10. Ah man, if this was up a month ago, I'd have snapped this up! Maybe next time 🥲
  11. I know it's been discussed here previously, but I've been away a while and can't find what I'm after in here - advice on hooking up an expression pedal? (I've got a FI v1 running v.3.60). Do I need to use a midi controller to send the right CC message to control the right parameter (IE: cutoff) ?
  12. --- SOLD --- Ashdown 2x10 bass cabinet In full working order. Rated at 250W, 8 Ohms. Speakers are blue, covering is black fabric (apologies for poor lighting in the pics). Collection from Luton due to size/weight. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!
  13. --- SOLD --- The famous B7K. Great for aggressive, nasty distortion but also really good for clean tone sculpting and adding in a little extra flavour. Bought here a few months ago and in the same condition I received it. Only selling to fund other expenses.
  14. A great compact FX loop switcher. Offers five independently selectable channels and a tuner/mute switch. Requires 9v power and features six 9v outputs. Bought secondhand from here (I think?) a few years ago, still in the same condition I received it. Fully working etc. Can post at buyer's expense. Message me if you have any questions.
  15. -- SOLD -- Great 10-band equaliser pedal with plenty of range for cutting/boosting, runs at 18v. Also features two outputs for convenient signal splitting. Bought new very recently from GuitarGuitar. Fully functioning and in the same condition I received it, just selling to fund other expenses. Box, power supply, and accessories included. +£7 for postage. Message me if you have any questions.
  16. I would love to get something like this (for both synth control and general switching stuff) but it's just a bit out of my budget at the moment. So the old Roland UM-ONE tends to get used the most for any patch updates (which is rare, can't see myself changing my custom 99 any time soon!)
  17. Haha yeah I've heard the Squeezer is a bit of a nightmare to tackle. Don't get me wrong, having to hook up my Future Impact over the years has taught me a lot about synthesis etc, but it's a bit of a faff having to take it off my board every time I want to update patches/access full options (probably why I haven't done so in about 3 years now haha!)
  18. This has to be tongue in cheek right? Having to hook up pedals (or any music gear) to a computer to access its full functionality is a pain in the ass.
  19. I bought tayste_2000's Darkglass B7K, came within a few days, properly package and in full working order. Trusted seller!
  20. Fiending for a CAPO... Better start saving.

  21. Just started a new job, if any of this is available in a few months will have to check back in!
  22. That's some flash your camera's got....
