1. Was the referee ok in the end, he looked very upset.
2. Selling my Hartke Transporter T410 for what I payed for it £70. Bargain! This was a temporary measure for dropping to 4 ohms with my combo. I am now looking for something smaller. It has heavy duty casters and a cover, though the cabinet is not in pristine condition. The top right speaker has been replaced with a Behringer driver, it looks almost identical. I can't honestly tell the difference. These are excellent cabs, loud and bright. It scoots about very easily with those casters.

Four Hartke 10" TP Aluminum-Cone Bass Drivers
Power Handling: 300 Watts @ 8 Ohms
Frequency Response: 40 Hz To 4 kHz
Sensitivity: 96 dB @ 1 W/1 M
Dimensions: 24"(H) X 24"(W) X 15"(D)
Weight: 65 lb.
I bought this from Jack and I am sure he won't mind me using the pics he took. It certainly hasn't changed since I bought it 3 months ago. I am happy to ship at the buyers expense via UPS next day.
3. I am selling my Electro Harmonix tube preamp/overdrive with OEM power supply. This is a line-level pre with two tubes for optimum gain, whilst remaining quiet and transparent for definition and warmth. OR, it can be ganged and turned into a tube high gain overdrive pedal. So if you want clean, it does it, if you want grit, that as well. The tubes have been replaced with Marshall ECC83 tubes and now it sounds even more awesome. It can be used in mono or stereo. I have had it less than a year. It has its original rubber feet and velcro on the bottom. I would like [s]£100[/s] £90 for it. It can be collected or posted next day with UPS for a small fee. Note: I sold this recently, but one of the caps had a dry joint and so it was returned to me. I have resoldered (2 minute job) the cap and it is now working perfectly. 5. welcome! So, what have you got your eye on?
6.
Did you find it was easy to finger chords on the neck?
I had no difficultly in playing it. Just as I would my classical or flamenco.
7. That is his fender. Even the signature model you can buy has the decal partly rubbed off, so it looks just like his. http://www.doctorbass.net/en/producto.asp?id=1000170732&idfam=1000169044
8. I bought this only a few months ago from a fellow chatter and it has been most excellent indeed. Its is in great condition. The paint on the fan grill was coming away in part and so I have removed it. It really is in spot on condition. From my understanding it is 6 years and 49 weeks old (according to the serial number), but how long it has been stored new for and when it was bought new, I am not sure, my understanding was 2 years. It has seen light use in my time, 4 or 5 gigs and a few practices, never abused. I am in a metal band with two guitards, but I have never had to have it above 3 o'clock, it is loud enough to keep up with them, with plenty of head room. 320W @ 8 Ohms 480W @ 4 Ohms This is the renowned 700rb ii head, matched with a top of the range RBH 15" speaker. I would like what I paid for it [s]£400[/s] £370 firm. These were £800 new. I am in the north east, you may collect, meet up if nearby or I can send to the UK, insured. It kicks back. It has wheels and a pull out handle! Very transportable (thats a 210 in the pic, but same principle) With a second 8 ohm cab, it will do 480 watts. Yes, this is my bedroom. No, no it does not live there. Sadly it is now at the rehearsal room. 9. Awe, he isn't flicking his hair and flashing his crotch!
10. For me, its everything a uke is lacking. It was the Cordoba I tried and well, yeah, the video says it all.
11. I have played one. It was a while ago, but I remember being very impressed, wanting one, but not being allowed. Mainly because I hardly play my classical or flamenco anyway, nag, nag, nag.
12. Perhaps your line is drawn in a different place to his?
13. you could have a strong midget hold it on their shoulders?
14. This is lovely. Almost as lovely as mine, even!
15. Surely he is just flapping his fingers about? That was tuneless.
16. Last night in the booth.
17. The forum on my iPhone is basic, but I find it works great.
18. I got the jam recently and it works seamlessly with all the apps I have thrown it at. Logic, GB, Reason, Pro Tools, Ableton, etc
