  1. Mine gets pretty damn hot. Thinking about getting it looked at, but i only use it at home and its not on for long periods of time or being cranked. Sounds so great on bass, i even use it on guitar too.
  2. Ive got a Gem m.bass.30 downstairs, just bass, treb and volume controls, two inputs (low and high). Its all sorts of awesome
  3. Until recently i had a Low End Theory, i did a demo of it a while back : Listen to Sleeping Dog FX - Low End Theory by TheseEyesRadiate #np on #SoundCloud https://soundcloud.com/theseeyesradiate/sleeping-dog-fx-low-end-theory Still got a pickle pie b, trying to sell it at the moment. I've had it for years and its one of the most brutal bass distortions I've used... However i don't think anyone uses the settings i use, and they're missing out. I could do a clip if you wanted?
  4. Going to regret this one, i just know it. This has been my main distortion for years. It cuts through like nothing else I've ever used (and I've used alot) but I'm having a full rethink of my drive stages. In good condition, looking for £99 posted in the uk via paypal.
  5. I recently got a lovepedal Beardsman Bi-chorus. Its really great. Very different to the other choruses I've owned.
  6. Tried one yesterday, mostly its just the digitech bass synth wah. Its got modulation however which seems to be accessed by a long press of the footswitch. I kinda felt it had variations of a single sound really.
  7. Im thinking about selling my sovtek big muff. I've had it a few years now and after going through about 5 green muffs and about 8 black ones i kept this one. I mainly keep it because i know I'd seems up buying another one in the future, however i notice that people are selling these for £300+ on eBay, so I'd see if anyone wants mine. The good. It's the famed "tall font" muff with the "rails" on the side. The most common one you see is the later bubble font one. It's some serious bass fuzz in full working order and also sounds brilliant on guitar of course. The low end is so powerful. Its a real doom machine. I've soldered a gigrig virtual battery to the battery clip lead so that you can run it from a regular 9v power supply. You could easily just solder a battery clip back on if you want. Built like a tank. Comes with the original wooden box. It's probably about 25 years old and has been through the wars! The bad Im not a great solderer so the connection to the virtual battery is messy but fully working. Easy fix if you wanted to make it but it doesn't give me a problem. The battery cover was lost long ago. SOLD I'll get some photos up shortly. Any questions, let me know.
  8. Lol. Of course it's also the same company that brought you the phat phuk!
  9. As new, got it a couple of days ago. Wanted like a distorted chorus/delay sound in one pedal. Using the spread you can sort of do this but it's a single repeat so it basically splits your signal and allows you to delay the split and add drive. £SOLD Inc uk postage
  10. Bump for clips Listen to Sleeping Dog FX - Low End Theory by TheseEyesRadiate #np on #SoundCloud https://soundcloud.com/theseeyesradiate/sleeping-dog-fx-low-end-theory
  11. Good condition, full working order. 70s vintage analog octaver with the ability to cut the dry signal altogether with a footswitch. Needs must and i need a new bass so I'm looking for £220 posted in the uk. Not looking for any trades at the moment. Thanks
  12. Jeez. I've been dying for one of these. Literally no way i can afford this though... Was tempted to float you a trade offer for my lightweight gk amp and can.... And then i realised i wouldn't have an amp! Im gonna list some stuff for sale, if i can miraculously get £600 together from it, then I'll be back! Theo
  13. Amazing bass distortion from Michael at Sleeping Dog FX, selling because he's built me a custom fuzz to my own spec. And now I've gotta sell things to pay for it! http://sleepingdogfx.co.uk/product/low-end-theory/ Unlike most bass drive/fuzz/distortion pedals I've tried that have a clean blend, i honestly think this doesn't even need it but it's very natural sounding and blends your clean tone nicely with the dirt. As well as your standard vol, tone, gain, blend controls you've also a 6 position rotary switch which changes the clipping options. This gives you quite a few flavours to your dirt. SOLD
