  1. Or are large enough to need a seat of their own. I suspect OP may be thinking “bonsai” as a) he has limited luggage space b) can only carry so much luggage c) needs to consider whether they’d shed needles or soil over his in-luggage crème egg stash
  2. And manage to remain so once you’ve caught the subtle whiff of sweaty pants on your food
  3. Can you just wear one contact lens? I used to do that with my untreated eye but soon realised that I struggled to read. Might work for you though
  4. Yes but your taste levels in this photo veer more “normal” than “guitard-deviant”

I have fond memories of trying a red classic 50s p bass in pmt Leeds and slightly less fond memories of having to decline buying it. Partner told me to go back and buy it but like a total muppet I felt I could not justify it financially
  6. Sorry - my sadism gene is malformed i did think however that it might be fun to prank future archaeologists by using an axe to cut off their feet and put them near their heads so that maybe the archaeologists could form a theory of the feet being somehow involved in the afterlife journey
  7. Just don’t mention them. It saves on tar and feathers. And matches and shovels. And time spent digging holes in remote locations

    There’s a music shop in derby ?
  9. Good idea. Or tape it to your top bout
  10. A bass is enough - no shades required the reaction at my local om to zombie with bass was far superior to a previous rendition by same singer/guitarists with no bass. One fist-bumped me and the other high fived me and shouted “bass solo!” (No pressure) 🫨 I threw a bit of Gary moores “cold day in hell”
  11. Unless needed by a pregnant woman, or the elderly, in which case give the seat to them and show the world that bass players are better than guitarists who would fight all comers with sharpened plectrums 🤮so that their Les Paul might enjoy velour and comfort foam and a nice view through large windows
  12. He’s talking about himself again 😛 Btw I see that pretty lady again in the summer fest pictures 👍
  13. I wouldn’t actually dismiss it - it’s a quite sensible suggestion my eyes switched dominance following an op wherein my weaker eye was made stronger. My brain switches to left eye dominant for distance and right eye only for close up - took about a week to mentally adjust
  14. Ppointed question? How old are you? What was your sight like before ? I was slightly shortsighted and age is making me go full on golden eagle rather than mr magoo
  15. Even from 500 miles away (some kind of reference there possibly) that sounds like a totally amazing idea - well done @neepheid my Scottish brother from another (likely Scottish) mother @brule_lentement you have gone full-scale red carpet here. advice: Just don’t write a scathing memoir afterwards and have it published in hardback like certain princes of the realm .. 👍
  16. I’d say @brule_lentement has landed on his feet 👍
  17. Paging @neepheid
  18. Agree about the lighting. What would be ideal is a pop up clear tent - naturists model
  19. I have only been to Stockholm (arvik) I feel so untraveled we did go out of city to the lakes and the rijksmuseum though
  20. Sounds like you have the right approach, dont be afraid to ask questions
  21. You’d have to disassemble it each time but if you got one cheap then perhaps my rationale for a small pop up tent is that such things are regularly on offer at Lidl or Asda for about £20 and they pack away small
