1. timtims . . . . as stated on the ad . . . no trades my friend.
2. The clear out continues. Took this in a trade a while ago and never really used it. Lovely instrument with usual yamaha quality. Light scratches on the back - difficult to photograph - and a couple of scrapes on the side which are pictured. Yamaha Info can be found here - http://usa.yamaha.co...eries/aex500ns/ Will come in a soft bag with a fresh set of strings as the ones on there are knackered. £225, no trades please, pick up only from Milton Keynes. 3. Old school bargain bump! Gotta be worth it just for the drivers!
4. I use one of these regularly. Free bumpy :-)
5. 2009 Classic Vibe Jazz neck for sale. The Bad: It's obviously had several different sets of machines. It'll come fitted with Wilkinson vintage jobbies that look and work great and cover all the previous holes. Small fag burn on the headstock - pictured Some damage under one of the tuners where a screw broke and had to be dug out. Filled with wood and glue and completely covered by the tuners but pictured nonetheless. The screws didn't line up properly with the holes when I put it on my MIJ Fender Jazz body, so there's a couple of sets of holes in the heel of the neck with the superfluous ones filled in with wood slivers and glue. None of this stuff affects either the look, playability or integrity of the neck. The Good: Lovely vintage tint. Lovely figured rosewood board. No noticeable dead spots when mated to my Jazz body. Plays like butter. Truss rod works fine. Will go straight as a die if that's your bag. 90 quid collected from Milton Keynes or posted at cost. 6. £175 £175 £175 For sale is a Fender Japan Jazz body in great condition. Medium weight. When bolted to a neck and loaded it weighed 9.4 lb. I think it's 2 piece. It's a lovely looker, pretty well unmarked on the front, a couple of minor dings on the back and bottom. It's been shielded with copper foil but maybe not the tidiest of jobs. I believe it's from the model listed here: http://global.rakute...m/05-321090300/ Looking for £[s]250 [/s] Price dropped to [s]£200[/s] - £175 collected from Milton Keynes or posted at cost. If posted uninsured it'll be at buyers risk. No trades or overseas sales I'm afraid. Pics here . . . 7. hi Jonny. No problem mister. I've had it from new from the early days of my current band so I'd guess it's about 8 or 9 years old. I bought it to power subs on outside gigs, so consequently I doubt it's been used more than 15 or 20 times. Absolutely no issues with it, but if you're interested I'll make sure I get it up and running before you make a journey. Most of our gigs are pubs and clubs and out guitarist has invested in an AER pa with powered tops and subs, so this is just taking up much needed space.
8. £800 £800 £800 Back up for sale . . . I recently acquired this in a trade. I was trying to thin my collection and was offered two basses in exchange for my Custom Shop 64 Jazz. Not a great start to a slimming down I know. Of the two I got, to be honest, both are keepers, and the other bass I'm keeping. If I didn't have a surfeit of Jazz basses, including a 74, I'd be keeping this one. Anyway. It's a 75 reissue, serial number indicates 2008. It weighs 8.8 pounds and is all original, with OHSC, covers and all the candy. It's almost immaculate . . . . a couple of very light marks on the back which are impossible to photograph, a hairline scratch on the neck which I've tried to photograph, and the usual cleaning swirls. The action goes low . . . I've just set it up to around 2mm at the 12th fret and it's strung with 100 gauge pro steels. I'm in no rush to sell this, and if there's no interest I'll just love n cherish her and take her out to play occasionally! So - £[s]850[/s] £800 collected from sunny Milton Keynes . . . or . . . last resort . . . posted at cost via parcel force. The nature of my work means I don't have a place where I can wait for a courier so need to take it to a local depot. Payment via good old folding stuff or bank transfer please. If posted uninsured this will be completely at buyers risk. No trades, no offers and no overseas sales. Please don't be offended if I don't enter into correspondence re these points. And to the pics . . .
