1. Test resistance between pins 3 + 4. Short circuit / few ohms would point to a problem (signal shorted to ground).
2. Check IC2 as advised above (my quote thing doesn't work from this pc for some reason). But also component OP1 might be damaged ? Looks to be an optoresistor used to compress / limit.
3. Does it have to be a pedal ? You'll get a lot more flexibility / tweakability / value if you can use a rackmount. Also any price limits ? Sounds like an Empirical Labs Distressor would fit the bill but you'd need £1000+ to go shopping for one !
4.
Did you know the impedance of your headphones and the spec of the socket before you originally joined the two together? Most people see a headphone socket and just slam whatever they've got into it and manufacturers know that. You may not get the optimum result, but you're certainly not going to destroy anything.
+1 Any practical headphone output should be okay with this. What piece of kit is it ?
5. Great Buyer. Cheers.
6. Given that the OP is happy with the BDDI the obvious answer has to be a BD121 - sound is very very similar (I think the circuit uses slightly different opamps ) You lose the ruggedness and like Phantom Power but are left with £100+in your wallet.
7. A JOYO High Gain Distortion Pedal as new condition with box. I guess the graphic on the pedal together with the name gives you the idea :-) Lots of High Gain Fun. Selling as I've ended up with two of these (wonders of ebay!) £15 posted UK mainland. Few Quid off if you want to try/buy in Brighton. Thanks for reading. Seems I used my upload quota on earlier classified for a Line6 Bass Pod so photo asap but you can google for an image as pedal is as new.
8. Original Line 6 Bass Pod 'Kidney Bean' for sale. Complete with PSU. PSU input has been repaired by hardwiring - see pic. Not elegant but all works fine - and you can't mislay the PSU :-) £35 collected in Brighton / Crawley. Add £5 for posted. Thanks for reading.
9. Bonding several together there might be a problem as the bends wouldn't stack well as they would all have the same bend radius ? But it might be an idea to bond a piece of something with more stiffness to the flat part. Could try a piece of wood or MDF / OSB. Bond with contact adhesive then fix with nuts and bolts. Bear in mind that the relationship between thickness and stiffness is approximately cubic so doubling a thickness gives roughly eight times the stiffness.

Korg G5

Had one . Sold it on here. Synth Sounds eg a Daft Punk tyoe emulation were really good. Didn't really connect with the filtered type sounds. Pretty effective on E Guitar too.

12. for the record I have heard a sales guy tell a prospective purchaser that they experience a high level of warranty returns on these...

16. On the JOYO Ultimate Drive - well it's a preety good clone of the Fulltone OCD. I'm not (yet at least) a fan but that goes for both the expensive Fulltone and the JOYO.
17. No one interested??? Really??? Final Price drop to £35 Excellent Condition Pro Quality Large Diago PedalBoard. £45 collected Brighton / Crawley. 18. Was it a wire into a connector or straight into a pcb ?
19. Diago Tourman PedalBoard case (the BIG one). Excellent barely used condition. The light coloured mark on the outside is a paint mark from a wall rather than damage. Interior foam is in excellent condition - barely used. It comes without velcro type strip for the pedals but as I understand it the stuff that comes with it usually needs to replaced with something more substantial anyway. Price is for collection from Brighton or Crawley area. Thanks for reading.
20. What's the cable configuration on these ?

Line6 Bass Pod

having a play - I do indeed get more interesting results with the Guitar Pod (Version 2) than the Bass Pod.
22. The Vintage Overdrive is very good imo - prob my favourite Joyo pedal atm - as are some of their larger 'AMp Model' pedals - 'British Sound' etc. There are some reports of switch problems and I have a pedal - 'AC Tone' I think - which arrived not working from ebay so hoping that it's a switch problem that I can sort without too much problem. But sonically have to say the Joyo pedals are good and the metal pedal housings seem sturdy. Not sure about the pots and jacks as not enough time/use to judge but they look/feel good to me.

Line6 Bass Pod

I should probably mention that I also have the Line6 Pod Version 2 (for Guitar). Not used that for a while but it is much more of a sonic 'hit' when used on Guitar. For comparison to the Bass Pod - Both Sansamp BDDI and Behringer BD121 sound more convincing to my ears and several 'Amp Modelling' pedals from Joyo etc do a pretty good job even if targeted more at Electric Guitar.
