    My 6 cents... (probably been said before) - keep the old style "Forum" Classified sections. I love the interaction a sale creates and you get a feel for who you are dealing with. Charge a yearly subscription. £20 seems very fair. I think it will do away with the people that simply join to list/sell. It's a great community and the Sales forums are a valued part of my learning experience along with all the associated forums (forii?) ;-) If we had to pay for individual ads I would miss the likes of "Capslock Key - Available again" which has livened up a few grey mornings. cheers, ShaunB

    Hey all, (sorry if this is the wrong forum, but...) I just bought 2 sets of Elixirs from StringBusters. They are running a Buy-a-set-of-Elixirs-and-get-a-free-strap promo - they sent me 2 fab leather straps! 2!!     Funny thing... had a new suite delivered last week. The old one was only good for the tip so I took out my trusty old saw and demolished the sofa first. One lonesome peanut was clinging on for dear life. How long it had been there nobody knows. Or why it was there. Or how it got there. I have kept it and was thinking of re-housing it...

    Up for grabs is my now unused GB Shuttle 6.0 - it has one minor issue: occasionally it produces a hum that seems to disappear with a *ahem* slight tap... I sent it back to Fender (GB importers here in the UK) and they replaced the preamp valve. All was well until it started doing it again - a couple of people have since told me it may well be a dry joint - as such I'm selling for £250.00 inc. P+P to mainland UK. Any questions, do ask. Pics:
