For me the cab would be an easy choice - a Barefaced Compact. These however are 8ohms and into it the TC450 would only produce around 225w. The cab is very sensitive and your 225w from a TC450 would be pretty loud. If you need more power then go for the Markbass 2/3 with a Sansamp pedal to EQ your signal, or you can pick up a very nice Eden WT550 for similar bucks and the EQ on them is so powerful you won't need a Sansamp pedal - both would give you around 300w into the cab. More power - Orange Bass Terror with a Sansamp pedal - 500w.

I'm presuming a basic clearing of cache and cookies hasn't helped?

I've used a Lakland 55/01 for several years. I've never had to use anything else for any gig.

In series - yes, you'll have a load of 12 ohms In parallel - NO, you'll have a load of 2.6 ohms

I'll probably trade/sell my Stingray 4 and get a Stingray 5 or maybe even a Bongo 5. I might also consider a custom build 5 with the same finish as the MM Black Onyx.

I've used Interparcel before - they're just a shipping agent with little control over the couriers they use. Big UPS fail on this. Anyway - I ordered a giant box of Bass from a fishmongers in Moffat for our Boxing day kedgeree and the idiots from UPS have just delivered me a new bass guitar - are you sure you don't want to check what's in your box, because if it's full of rotting fish there just aren't enough emoticons on the forum for you to use!!!

No love for the Digitech BSW?? - IMHO it's way better on it's octave setting than the ones mentioned - and more versatile, and cheaper too!
