1.
I think they come up now and then. Pete's right about it being Butterscotch
Definitely trans, I see grain. Now I gots to find me one! Lol. Looked on the bay, nowhere to be seen..
 2.
Is it butterscotch?
It's some sort of tinted orange methinks I don't know!
 3.
Looks like one of the earlier US Deluxe Jazzes. They came in Amber with dots like that
Quite hard to come by I take it..
 4. Hi folks, I've been a fan of Paramore for quite a while and stumbled across a video of Jeremy Davis showing off his gear. He has some nice Jazz basses. One that really intrigued me was this trans Orangish Jazz with a maple board and really nice abalone inlays. I was wondering if anyone can enlighten me as to the colour if it is actually natural or is it orange tinted? I myself have never seen one quite like it. I can feel the GAS accumulating already...
 5.
Dont suppose youre open to a trade?
Yeah man sure
 6. Such an awesome bass for the price. A German piece of Warwick win for £370 is a bargain. The fill is purely cosmetic. The neck is really straight and it has a brand new Warwick dual action truss rod which the luthier fitted when repairing and planing.
 7.
That's an Aria AMB-50, I had one the same - in fact technically I still do - lent it to a mate about 4 years ago & I think he's forgotten it's not his! Don't think these were around in the 80s, mine was late 90s MIK, and was a current model up until quite recently, I think. Good basses, quite loud acoustically & quite a nice versatile pre-amp - GLWTS! Jon.
Ah cheers for the info man! Shop owner told me it was late 80's-although he didn't really know much himself. Yup it's a great bass and a steal at that price! Thanks
 8.
Still available, i'm open to sensible offers too.....Talk to me people! ;-)
Define..sensible?
 9. The Wenge neck looks umph. Was almost tempted to offer you mine for this Kev! All I need now is a Darkglass B3K and I'll be sorted!
 10. Trying to raise some funds so I thought if bung this up here to see if there's any interest. I picked this up preowned in the Lake District a few months ago. Relatively Good condition for its age, all electrics work great, dings on the headstock and a small piece of binding missing, the neck was sanded at some point to make the neck satin smooth, due to this general playing and wear has worn the paint off to the bare wood-feels awesome. It seems it was a bod get sandpaper job as you can still see the sanding scratches where someone went at it, however this didn't bother me when I bought it as the neck feels really great, smooth but a good chunk, like an acoustic bass should be! Grab a decent acoustic electric worn in piece of awesomeness for cheap! low action, all working as it should, great playability and overall sounds killer through an amp or acoustically. Perfect for beginners or intermediates alike. Specs as far as I know: Rosewood fingerboard Maple neck Quilt maple top Fibreglass back Aria active EQ
 11.
Shame... A Zon Sonus, MTD, Vigier or Dingwall would also be interesting.
Dingwalls rule!
 12.
Dingwalls do the same for me:-)
Ah I see what you did there! pm me if you want
 13.
PM rthonett :-)
Have done! I don't blame him being eager though, Roscoe's make me dizzy!
 14.
I only discovered bass chat yesterday so you'll need to take me through the payment process and give me your best price on the Roscoe including delivery. You can always contact me directly on [email protected] if it's easier. Is the back of the headstock simply scratched?
We do all this via personal messaging mate, I wouldn't give your email address put for everyone to see!
