1.
Ok, so I realise this is a bit of a long shot but I have 5 matching EBS pedals sitting next to me that hardly ever get used so I thought I might have a go at selling them all as a 'job lot' to save me the hassle of packaging & posting them all individually. I've bought these at different times so they are of varying age but they are all in great working order. I'd say the BassIQ & OctaBass have been on a board at some stage. I've never tried to use any of these with a battery so it's possible there's the odd dodgy connection somewhere (as is usually the way with battery power) but if someone wants them all then I'll throw in nice little basic mains power supply from SoundLab that has 6 power leads. The pedals & approx new prices are: MultiDrive £125 MultiComp £140 OctaBass £110 BassIQ £145 DynaVerb £160 To buy new these would therefore come in at around £680 (over £700 with postage) So I thought maybe £450 the lot including the power supply - can probably chuck in some little patch cables as well just for good measure Not sure what postage would be but even when boxed up I can't imagine it would be a huge amount. Apologies for the slightly vague descriptions and lack of pics but thought I'd try to suss out whether there might be anyone out there with an EBS pedal fetish waiting to be satisfied before going through the motions of taking pics of each individual pedal & describing them in detail BassDirect have pretty good details here or obviously EBS themselves have lots of info & sound clips etc here
Any interest in a trade for my Custom Barge VFB unit for the BassIQ + cash?
2. I use 2 DB112's (although one doesn't have a tweeter) with an AG500 and the sound is absolutely awesome. God knows why he's selling! Bump for some great cabs!
3. Higgie

SOLD

They both look like absolute belters mate! I'm a Stingray lover myself (I've got a 4 and a 5, and a fretless 4 on the way) and would have that red one if I had the cash!!
4. Bump - Price drop on the Neck. Bad Ass II Bridge also still available.
5. Zoe, Well done, this bassline is a beast! I agree that it's not perfect, but it's a fantastic effort and you should be proud of what you have achieved. Really well done again, keep up the good work! Cheers James
6. Yeah, not too fond of the Morley (Is it the Dual Bass Wah you're talking about?) - I've had before and sold it after getting the 105Q, so I know that I prefer the 105Q over the Morley. Also, the Morley is pretty huge, as is the Weeping Demon, so they're both out...
7. Have you tried raising the pickups? My dad has a Squier VMJ (not fretless) and the output is pretty hot.
8. Yeah as guitar pedal I hear it does lose some low end. Cheers for the info on the EBS Tony. I agree, the auto switching is the best thing about the 105Q!
9. First album is indeed a Stingray, a 2 Band EQ model IIRC. It can be seen in the Bullet In The Head video
10.
Thia is a shot of my board last month, it's evolving at the moment, so many changes The chorus pedal and BSW have both departed, there are now a Boss OC-2 and EBS multi comp on there. Custom looper being worked on at the moment I am using an LS-2 as well, trying to keep the levels between my fretted and fretless basses the same, but I may look at building a simple A>B switching facility with level control into my new loooper, the guy who is probably going to build it can probably do this Tony
Nice board. How do you like the EBS Wah? I've been thinking about one of those lately, after I rebought a 105Q and didn't like it as much as the first time round.
11. I found the best feature of the Nordstrand replacement pickup was that it brought my G string back. I just couldn't hear it live with the stock pickup!
12. This was mine - It's an absolutely blinding bass, I only sold it as it wasn't getting much use and I needed to fund a fretless Stingray. Good luck with the sale John - Apologies again for the mix up with the weight.
13.
I'm so glad I bought it! It sounds absolutely brutal when running my Warwick (via the Cream Pie) through it...love the grittiness. I've heard that the OC-2 is better than the OC-3...would that honestly be the best option?
+1 OC-2 100%
14. I'm away from saturday 11th to saturday 18th so will answer all PM's upon my return!!
15. I'm absolutely mad about Stingrays at the moment - believe me if I had the cash I'd be on this baby before you could even blink!
16. I haven't got the East Pre, but I swapped the MM pickup out for a Nordy 4.2 and it brought my G string back from the dead. Absolutely fantastic pickup. I do wish my bass was a 2 band though!
17. FWIW I just sold my Skyline with J-Retro for £675 posted, although it wasn't in a Lakland hardcase, but I still don't think it'd be worth that much. Good luck with the sale, but you might find getting a buyer to be a struggle!
18. Hubba Hubba! Looks gorgeous. Would match my SR4 nicely Let me know if you're ever thinking of selling
19. Lovely! I love orange basses! You can see my Stingray in this shot: That's a lovely looking P though mate, good shout on the tort and ashtrays as well. Pics when it's finished!
20.
Purely so that the tweeter is closer to ear level (though still well short of that) I put the tweeter loaded cab on top. Saying that I generally just have the tweeter on 50% any way!
Same here. My Stingray is quite twangy anyway so I only have the tweeter on about 25-33%!
21. It's the really quick 16th note run in the intro that gets me every time!!
22. Bump
23. Will trade/Part ex for a Pedaltrain. Not really bothered about size as long as it's bigger than a PT JR.
