I know I've said this before but that Sonic Blue Sadowsky is lovely. Such a great 'stage' colour up against an all black outfit Is it a 35" scale with 19mm spacing at the bridge? Also - does it have the VTC circuit?
iM SURE IT IS 34" AND CERTAINLY HAS THE VTC CIRCUITRY

Sadowsky MV5 for sale. Brought a few months ago from Birdy. It is a trully magnificent bass but 5 strings are just not for me. Extremelly light weight body and really thin neck. Vintage tone control fitted and comes with padded sadowsky case. A broad range of sounds to suit many a musical situation. Where's me frets gone!!!! Being the origonal owner of this bass I can honestly say it is trully a magnificent bass both visually and performance wise, I was a fool to sell it and have regretted it ever since. A versatile bass which worked for me in many situations. I would buy it back in a flash but I have no cash and my fretless technique has reached its limit at 4 strings! Best of luck with the sale, a bargain price also

Ive been round and tried all of these basses out, They are all stunning and I would buy them all If I had the funds. I can't beleive Steve is selling such a fantastic collection. What struck me most was the condition of these basses, they have been extremely well looked after. Steve is a top bloke, and you would strugggle to find anyone as honest about his basses. Best of luck with the sales!!(personally I think you are mad) Regards Mark
Possibly just in the Midlands? Could be a regional variation fluctuation? Rest of UK sees prices falling but Birmingham bucks the trend. . .
Well spotted guys, Indeed I have put the price up. I'm sure you are aware the true value of this bass is well above 2 grand. I origonally invited offers of over £1250 but had a load of timewasters offering between 900 and 1200!!!! hopefully this will help me avoid having to deal with tyre kickers Regards
Price to follow when I sorted a few things out but by all means punt me an offer you may beat the rest of the field. <edit> Note the preamp (Aggie OBP1... not that you can see it or the pots), pots (new Warwick) and knobs (again new shiny Warwick) have been replaced since this pic.
Lovely grain, is that Zen ash?
