I really prefer vol pan, winding 2 volumes on at the same time is more awkward

They are gorgeous basses, I like the black pickguard best with the blue. I think I prefer the sunburst P4 over my oly white Lull PJ4, this could get expensive!

The 2025 is even more amazing if you can stretch your budget😀

[/quote] Solid build quality, early ones can be quite heavy but they are starting to come with chambered bodies a little more now. They tend to be a slightly modern take on a classic vibe and all the ones I have played have sounded awesome! I had a California jj5 with Glock pre and Delano pickups...it was stunning but got sold due to being close to 5kg!

Congrats, I have always wanted to try that head but could not get past the weight factor, I bet it sounds awesome!

I saw that bass a few weeks ago when I was in the shop, it really is a stunner!

I am a recent convert from a jazz to a precision... It is the tone in my head and I can't ever see myself having a need for the Jazz again, I am keeping it just in case though.

It would have been nice to have met you when I dropped into the shop to pick up a bass a couple of weeks ago, I met Vic and Phil, great guys and nice store...hope to deal again some time!
