1. I went with the ABZ 5 to start of with. I liked the first one I had and one was available so I went with it. Love it . Very moreish. Now my friend; I feel a super J coming on.
2. I had the five string version in HSS pickup config. Simply gorgeous.
3. Mmmm Ive got an alembic itch that needs to be scratched. This is nice.
4.
There you go, sorry couldn't resist..............Bump for a great bass
If I had a Z3 like that I could flog it and buy three or four diingwall Z3's Coooooool
5. Gorgeous GLWTS I want a Z3 too.
6. Awesome bass. shud never let one of these go. U will regret it. I definitely did.
7.
Trade for a Gibson Sg bass ??
Gibson and I have never crossed paths and agreed I'm afraid. Just not for me. Thanks anyway.
8. Need a quick sale so please make an offer if its too much. Whats the worst I can say? Can't change initial price but it's now £135 Deluxe version of the programmable bass driver. For plugging two separate basses into. Has six presets for one bass or three for two basses. Awesome possibilities in sound, if you are considering this you wont be disappointed. postage included to UK. Couple of sratches commensurate with having been used. thanks
9. I went back to site of the shop where this was bought and its listed in the sold section as spector euro rebop 5 deluxe. Im open to being told different as I just called this what I was told it was when I bought it. Check bass direct spector sold section. Spector site has the rebop and the euro-lx listed under the Europe series heading. can anyone clarify this for sure? Cheers
10. I've never even seen a fodera bass in the flesh but at what point does extra money spent stop buying extra playability and pays only for the finish or the name..... It's a genuine question. I'm not meaning a whole issue about fodera again as it's clearly a piece of work worth admiring, it's just that I ain't ever gonna be able to look at something like this with a realistic chance of ever affording It this side of retirement. I hope you enjoy every note played my friend. I would love one.
11. Are all your basses as beautiful as that. that is a sight for sore eyes.
12.
Just a note - Spector Euro is different than Spector ReBop; Euro is a higher class (and price) model. I own a ReBop 5 DLX (the same like the one listed here), and I would say that's a great instrument for the money!
Thanks for clarification, no confusion intended.
13. Did you get sorted with one ?
14. Here is a spector 5 string euro rebop DLX £1,000 trade, £800 ono for sale I've had this only a few weeks but it isn't for me. I've went back to dingwall basses and that's where my heart is so it needs to go to someone who will give it the attention it deserves. One tiny blemish just above the strap button right where your arm rests is so it's not visible when playing it. The wood is zebra wood and it's a lovely finish and perfectly balanced. Colour and grain in the wood is hard to photograph well but I've tried my best. Comes with Spector gig bag. I'd consider a trade but I don't know what for, so what've you got. . . . . But I'd prefer a sale. Try me, all I can say is no thanks. post included to UK only.
15. My favourite five string so far is my dingwall. It just sounds so nice and is so easy to play. IMHO For four string I would agree with the P bass nominations too. When all else fails........have a P
