  1. Thank you very much for the shining endorsement. =)
  2. The fretboard is as good as anything else I've owned, great sounding bass especially with the upgraded electronics. The string spacing is very tight too, so it's less of the leap that some ERBs can be.
  3. I shall do some research and get back to you with a price, probably Thursday mate.
  4. The current SWR baby blue equivalent is the spellbinder blue, a bit out of your price range though I believe. I'd go for a headlite and a golight 2x10 any day, best sounding SWR rig I have ever owned, even better sound than the SM-1500.
  5. I find that I can't get very far past 12 o clock without the power amp clip light coming on, I've never been too sure why this is.
  6. I use mine in a metal band with two guitarists and I struggle with volume, a lot of it is just a change in mindset, instead of thinking I need more power I get the guitarists to play quieter.
  7. I have a headlite and I must say it's the best sounding amp I've ever owned. I've had a working pro 400, a 350x, sm-1500 and a 750x. The headlite is a bit of a warmer sounding amp, it has more of an sm series sound than the x series. There is a thread with some sound clips in it somewhere in the recordings section, just search for headlite and it should bring up the relevant Threads. Any questions pm me, I got mine from guitar guitar and they expressed some interest in stocking them.
  8. Thanks for the kind words =)
  9. The Son of Bertha is still for sale at £300, I'm in Houghton le Spring, that's between Sunderland and Durham in the North East.
  10. Gorgeous bass, have a free bump, I would happily have it but I already have 2 Overwaters!
  11. 4x10 is sold! The head and the fifteen are still there.
  12. +1 for the HA3500, and 4x10, we have one of these at uni and it sounds awesome!
  13. Yes that would be £50 off the case as well, I forgot to amend the post! Which item/s would you be wanting to have posted to N.Ireland? I'd be happy to sort out a courier, but it won't be cheap!
