1. Fender CIJ 75 RI with badass bridge and lindy fralin pickups (and the originals too - kept them safe...) and a strap. (If you don't have any interest in the hardware I'll happily provide the originals re-installed & sell them separately). s/n is Q022844 which puts it (according to here http://www.fender.com/support/japanese_instruments.php) at 2002-2004. It's lovely: I bought in in Japan where I was there about 3 years ago: I've just been playing my Stingray much more often, and I can't justify this as it needs to be played! Open for trades. I also have a Bongo for sale so if you want to do some funky swap deal that might work too. This doesn't come with a hard case - unless I have to ship it, which is why the shipping is an excessive £60! Located in Surbiton, so if you're willing to pick it up & are happy with the soft case I can do that too.
2. Eden Nemesis 250w 1x15" + horn seen here under the 4x10" I bought it with originally. It's in Surbiton, local pickup preferred. Riddler expressed some interest, so I'd like to give him first refusal if he still wants it. Riddler?
3. I have tickets for Maiden that day. Bummer I can't do both!

5.
The neck is a dream to play - very easy to navigate all areas. Hasn't been gigged so is in mint condition - less than a year old - comes with MTD case. I'm looking for £595 which is a steal at the price. Shipping not included. If you live nearby - South Wales - you'd be more than welcome to try it out. Cheers Bill
Mmmm. Tasty. Are you open to trades?
6. I'm all stingray'd up at the moment. This is also my 3rd 5-string, so I'd like to get an ERB really.
7. Bump. Bottom seems to have dropped out the market for these. Up for interesting trades (particularly 6- or 7-strings).
8. Don't eat beans before the audition? Think about what it is that makes you love to play. Know your parts. Try & relax. All I got.
9. Sold him an EUB. Came round to pick it up: Ended up sitting in my living room surrounded by basses (both his and mine) A-B-ing them and our amps & cabs. Super nice bloke. Super good bassist.

For he's a jolly good fellow etc etc. Bought an East J-Retro pre-amp off the man: prompt shipping, friendly to deal with, product as advertised.
11. Super nice bloke - Allowed me to take a cab to rehearsal on sale or return. Cheers mate!
12.
Thanks! Please note that I might consider trades but as I already have other amps I'd only consider basses, and ones with 5 or 6 strings - ideally something plus a bit of cash from the buyer's side... e.g. Yamaha TRB, Warwick Streamer, Fender US Jazz 5, G&L L2500.
Any interest in a Bongo 5er?
13. Up until very recently on my 75RI MIJ Jazz. Perfect condition, in original box w/ screws & instructions. £40 posted.

15. Since the receipt of my 'real' bass, this has sat and gathered dust - so it's time to move it on. I will post, but at cost. It's heavy, and in a soft case, so I'd prefer local pickup - I can deliver in the city or within spitting distance of Surbiton. This is a Japanese make, and it probably one of a handful in this country: I bought it there and imported it when I moved back to these shores. The web-site (in Japanese) is here: http://www.atelierz.co.jp/cubpassive.htm New these retail for ¥169,000 (about £800) - but given the advent of the Stagg in the market I think the market value has dropped somewhat. It is bow-able, and it's one of the most upright-like of the EUBs I've seen but with a slightly shallower fingerboard radius (I've taken some photos next to my upright so you can see the difference). I'm open for trades. Not sure what I really want so try me! More photos & detail available on request. FS / FT - £275 + shipping (local pickup City / Surbiton)
16. The last time I bought something from Bob (a bass wheel) I got stung for VAT at 17.5% and an £8 charge from the shipping company for clearing it through customs - so factor for that at least.
17.
OK, how about £250 for the combo and I'll come to Surbiton to get it? Also, you mentioned at the top of the thread you're looking for cabs with 10's, 12's or 15's? I could PX my Ashdown MAG 2x10 cab if you're interested?
Deal.
18. Last bump before I hit e-bay...
19.
519 views,16 replies,no sale,.............man this recession is really kicking in!
Trade for a Bongo HH ?
20. I don't mind splitting. £125 for the 1x15 and £275 for the combo seems about proportionate. I've never had any issues with the combo. At extreme volumes (run without the extension) with a maple boarded stingray, when popping, I've very occasionally seen the tweeter protection circuit kick in, which looks quite alarming, but at least we know it works (see http://www.eden-electronics.com/info/manua...NSPSpeaker.pdf)
The rear (inside) of the connection panel also houses the crossover and tweeter protection system. This system uses an aircraft grade light bulb in a circuit that is designed to absorb current, that is in excess of the power handling ability of the tweeter. In cases of very high levels of high frequency information (such as feedback from facing the cabinet with your instrument turned up), the bulb can glow brightly enough to illuminate the interior of the cabinet and shine through the speaker surrounds. While this is a rather dramatic display of the protection circuit, it should not be done intentionally (find a better way to impress the drummer), as excess amounts of current will cause the bulb to act like a fuse and fail. This requires replacement before the tweeter will function.
Compressor works fine. All speakers are good. Let me know. D.
