  2. As some couriers may not cover guitars, or the cost of insurance can be ridiculously high, once you have found a courier, you could have a look at insuring through secursus https://www.secursus.com/en-gb/ They cover international shipments as well as domestic. I have used them several times when sending within the UK with parcelforce, however I have not had to make any claims so I can't comment on that process.

  10. These are ultra light gauge: 38 - 54 - 68 - 98 They are a little lighter than the set I use on my thunderbirds and ric — the lightest (2815/blue) set in the standard cobalt flats range: 40 - 60 - 70 - 95 If the Pino set were half the price I'd try a set, but at £90 I doubt they'd be enough of an upgrade from my usual set.
  11. Body and Sole — Thelonious Monk Quartet
  12. Boris The Spider — The Who
  13. I use EB cobalt flats on four thunderbirds and a rickenbacker. Never understood the 'sticky' complaint — they've always felt fine to me, and I have never had any with rust or discolouration. They are a lot brighter than all the other flats I have played and the brightness seems to last a very long time. I really like them. I use the lightest set, the one with blue on the packaging.
  14. Where would one acquire a flesh hoop? ...Asking for a friend.
  15. Without wishing to derail the discussion, does anyone have any more 'themselves as muppets' pics?
  16. I always thought they were made for status by Picato.
  17. Ain't No Fun If The Homies Can't Have Naan — Snoop Dogg
  18. The Great American Bun — Cisco Houston
  19. Ace of Spades — O.V. Wright (or Motörhead)
  20. 25 O'Clock — Dukes of Stratosphear
  21. If anyone is inclined to opt out of this month's challenge due to real or imagined ethical concerns about this months pic being AI generated, here's a pic of the real Ralph in a rare moment of being awake during rehearsal, guarding my pedalboard for some reason.
  22. This one But if you use a frosties box, it'll make your bass sound GR-R-REAT!
