  1. I'm sure there are, but don't tell me, tell Gibson.
  2. My bandmates only mention my playing when I play a song without any wrong notes. As far as I'm concerned any right:wrong note ratio of over 0.5 is a win. Life's too short to be in a band with an a-hole. In my previous band it was the drummer and in the one before that it was the second guitarist. In my current band there doesn't seem to be one, so I'm a little worried that it might be me.
  3. Original Thunderbird pickups and modern reproduction versions have bars rather than individual poles like an upscaled version of the firebird pickup.
  4. Somebody Stole My Thunder — Georgie Fame
  5. All The Small Things — Blink 182
  6. Even better its Nickel. This is a great price for a vintage pro for someone in that area. My white one came from cash converters (couriered and including an epi hard case) at a price where it was rude not to.
  7. Happy Ending — Randy Newman
  8. Whorey Angel — Betty Davis
  9. Pentatonic Smile — Laraaji
  10. Hallo Spaceboy — David Bowie
  11. Is that 'tone' knotty pine
  12. When Gibson can sell Greeny Les Pauls with a Kirk Hammett meet & greet for $50k, and the non-meet & greet version for £20k, why would they bend over backwards to cater for bass players? There are a lot more dentists and lawyers guitarists than bass players who would spend that kind of money on an instrument.
  13. It looks like these will be discontinued once stock runs out — The pelham blue is already showing as discontinued.
  14. The Big Squeeze — Frank Zappa
  15. Electric Sex Machine — James Brown & Judas Priest
  16. Herman Watches TV — The Residents
  17. Number One — Gentle Giant
  18. Its a Squier Affinity P Bass with a bunch of changed hardware, painted headstock and added Fender Decal.
  19. Making Flippy Floppy — Talking Heads
  20. Soft and Wet — Prince
  21. A shim under the end of the neck in the neck pocket should enable it to be set up nicely.
  22. Diving Duck Blues — Taj Mahal
  23. Constantinople — The Residents
  24. I take two Fender Mustangs — Usually a black JMJ & a blue JMJ, but possibly two blue JMJs. They're set up identically with Chromes & I either play one for both sets or do one set with each.
  25. Tesco To San Franscisco — The Flowerpot Men
