  1. Tis A real beaut, I have one which I stripped down to the bare wood as it was badly chipped and did not look that good but well pleased with the finish. The buyer will not be disappointed GLWTS
  2. Hi Mike, These are indeed the original pickups, J6 they were called but the 2 screws in the middle either side of the pickup don't belong there so must be a logical reason for that . It should also have the duo sound push pull switch if I remember. If I didn't have 2 Musicians already I would have been interested for a project. GLWTS Brian
  3. any pics please, or what shape is the peg itself, elephant ears ?
  4. Hi Ash, Thought I recognised the back-round, Lovely looking bass and I just bought a tele bass last week otherwise I would be all over this GLWTS mate. Brian PS if its still around after christmas you never know 😉
  5. Hi There, Really great project you did on this Harley, I have just got one second hand and intend to do some work on it. Just a few questions if you don't mind, as its a photo flame finish is it necessary to cut back on the finish prior to spraying it or would a good primer suffice. I noticed that you have given the neck a vintage look on the finish, how did you achieve that. Really looking forward to the challenge ahead, oh and the Herrick pickups sound great by the way, good choice. Brian
  6. I Bought this wonderful leather strap from Iain, great condition and fast delivery. Really nice chap to deal with. Thanks Iain
