    Hi Hector, it's funny you mention this, because in the university where I teach I have the bass strung Zyex (medium) A-G and Helicore Hybrid E, because I found the Zyex E too weak. And this a very good even sounding set up too. But I'm gonna try the setup you mentioned and report about it (after my vacation).

    Hello out there in the bassworld, has anyone ever tried the D'addario Zyex in the light edition and can describe the sound and feel (pizz and arco) compared the medium tension? Is it comparable to the differnce between Evah Pirazzi normal and weich? Thank's for your help!

    I'm selling a Jerzy Drozd bass I bought earlier this year on basschat. It's a lovely bass but I'm not getting used to the narrow neck. The sound is great, like a modern jazz bass. It has an amazing B string (35" scale), weight is only 3,7 kg and it's very comfortable to play (low action).
