1.
Hi there, I'm selling my Fbass fretless that I bought on this forum about a year ago. It's a lovely singing bass, but it doesn't get enough attention so I'm letting it go for a very good price. It plays very easy and the notes are there directly. Specs: Swamp ash body 3-piece maple neck Lined fretless ebony fingerboard 3-band preamp, active/passive, switch custom pickups, matching wood covers black hardware, gotoh tuner Georges maple top original Fbass gig bag 4.5 kg
Hi there, I'm selling my Fbass fretless that I bought on this forum about a year ago. 4. I had Gerald Marleaux made the bass for me in 2003. I used to play it with E-C tuning (incl. D-tuner on E string) and it sounded great with it. For the sale I changed it to B-G tuning (changed the tuner, but the D-tuner is included in the sale) and it sounds great as well. Very low action is possible. Bass (4,2kg) hangs very comfortable is a dream to play. The ramp is fixed with double-sided tape and can be removed completely. Bass has an active 3band preamp, passive tone control (all on two stacked knobs), PU blender, master volume (push/pull to activate the eq) and a switch for the bridge pu (single coil/humbucker) 19mm stringspacing at the bridge. Body is mahagony, the top Sonokeling (rosewook type), fingerboard is Morado The bass is in a good state, has slight signs of use at the back. Comes with the leather strap and security locks Manufacturer's site (incl. sounds and video): http://www.marleaux-..._signature.html New price: 3430,-€ £ 1300 plus shipping from Germany
5. Hi there, I'm selling one of the best EUBs on the market. It's actually a five string and I converted it to a four string (can be changed back again). You can play it mounted on a stand in a fixed position (great for quick instrument change) or "free" with the telescopic endpin (plus K&M stand). With adjustable body support attachement. D-stop with 104 cm stringlength (both can be changed). It has two PUs installed. An one piece Wilson (piezo) and a magnetic PU at the end of the fingerboard. They are operated through the active preamp (Vol/PU-blender/tone controle). With the two PUs the bass has wide range of sounds from Jazz to really deep housy style. I also used it as a baby bass for latin (with a (fresh) sock to dampen the strings, the magnetic all up and the treble cut off). This really feels like an upright, because it has the right angle and pressure on the strings. It's made with great craftmenship. It has Thomastik Spiro Solo (E-G tuning). Comes with a bag that fits all accessories. This model was used by Matthew Garrison on the DVD: Herbie Hancock "Future 2 Future" The current model costs nearly 5.000,-€ http://www.vektor-ba...torproducts.htm SOLD
6. Can you check the exact weight?
7. What's the weight of the bass (if still available)?
8. Beautiful bass. What's the weight?
9. Sure, if you look at it like this you can name it a '67, but all the (to me important) rest is typical '66. But that's why I mentioned the '67 Pickups! Thank's for all the nice comments!
10. I sell this lovely 1966 Jazz Bass in olympic white with matching headstock Typical transition model The neck is march 66 The Pots are 66 The Pickups are 1967! untouched joints matching headstock Lollipop Tuners binding and dots Comes with orig. covers, thumbrest and the screws to it. The bass got new frets in 2004, still in great condition Numer: 145xxx The bass has an amazing neck with a very low action Sale price is 5.800,-€ plus shipping (including Hiscox case) from Germany. You can hear/see the bass on this video: On that gig (2011) it had La Bella black nylon strings on. As you can hear the bass has a very clear, direct and punchy sound. The signal was just our of my Eden WT-550 into the mixer. No postproduction! What you hear is what you get.
