Have had a think and i reckon you're right - i 'll play it for a bit and maybe add a 2x10/12 later. I just remember thinking i needed more wallop when i was gigging years ago in rock bands (although we were using loud guitar stacks). The head is only little and the cab is manageable. Thanks for all the advice though - i'm really out of touch and things have moved on so much - i'm amazed what you can get for relatively low money nowadays. ps Have just listed the flightcase on the classifieds if anyones interested.

Thats the thing - i have found myself playing with a gigging rock covers outfit. Liked the idea of a combo pushing out 200+ watts (Hartke Hydrive 115C maybe) rather than buying an extra cab to get the Trace working a bit more and lugging 2 cabs about.

Oh and the Trace has a TE gigbag too!

Started playing again after a 12 year break and looking to buy a combo (Probably Hartke Hydrive 115C) but need to clear out my old gear to make space and finance it. As i am so out of touch i have no idea what its all worth though. Could any of you give me a rough idea please? Once i have a clue i'll pop them on the classifieds. I have added some pics below but the details are:- Trace Elliot AH200 series 6 head in immaculate condition complete with rack ears and footswitch for graphic and preshape. Flightcased from new and working perfectly. Ampeg SVT 1510HE cabinet. 175 watts and 8 ohms. 1 x 15 and 1 x 10 speaker with switchable horn. Immaculate condition ( i still have the box!) 4U rack flightcase. All about 1997/1998 vintage i think! Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for the advice guys! Cant get to see an Ampeg so thats difficult and just didnt like the look of the Ashdown. Kind of liked the amount of toys on the Cube - the Marshall and Line 6 seemed a bit more "just play it" and i think i'll enjoy fiddling a bit more with the Cube. Reckon i'll stick with the Cube

Returning to playing after a 15 year break so completely out of touch. Have a Trace/Ampeg rig in the garage but need a wife friendly front room little combo. Like the Roland Cube 20 Bass at £180 for its variety so is anything else worth considering sub 200quid? Thanks for any suggestions.
