1. Hi everyone, I know these have come up a lot but hope I can take some bodies fancy. I bought this at the first London Bass Guitar Show, and then never really used it as didn't really like the sound once I got home and plugged it in. Been sitting in its wooden box, with all the paperwork and decided its time to sell. I think £40 is reasonable? PM if interested. Thanks.

3. After not being able to sell it on here, I've had to put it on eBay. Would appreciate any interest/sharing. Cheers, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251213201620
4. Bought a Cort Funkmachine 2 from Ferenc in Hungary, absolutely great guy to buy a bass off! Very genuine guy, bass got here very quickly and very well packaged and above all, excellent communication and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Could not be happier with my purchase and buying from Ferenc. Don't hesitate to buy from him and don't let the distance put you off! Only took 4 days for it to get here, and he takes complete care of making sure it'll get here in perfect condition! Lovely guy to deal with and greatly recommended, thanks for everything!
5. Bought a Source Audio Bass Envelope Filter from Scott. Came very quickly, always in contact, very well priced and excellent condition, trade in confidence!
6.
Still up for sale? Thread was quite a while ago
Yeah, still up for sale! Glad I checked, I was about to put it on the bay!
7. Hi everyone, I've decided on getting a TC Electronic BH500 head but I'm struggling on choosing a cab. I tried the head through a Ashdown 410T Deep, and loved the sound but found that the cab was only 450w and don't want to risk blowing it. After a bit of searching online I found the Fender Rumble 410, which would handle the power but I have no experience with. I was wondering if anyone on here has a similar rig or any experience with the Fender cab or if I should go for a higher watt Ashdown, and any recommendations? Cheers, Nick
8. Hi everyone, I was wondering if you could all give me some opinions and information on a couple of heads and your personal preferences. I'm looking at getting a 550w+ hybrid head at Christmas and cab at Christmas as my first head and cab, upgrading from a 300w combo that I'm having a couple problems with, with a price range of about £300-£400 for the head. At the moment I'm between the Ashdown 550 Spyder and a Hartke LH-1000 and wondered if anyone had any personal experience with these heads at all, what cabs work well with them and what sort of performance/tone/versatility you can get out of them. Personally, I'm a prominently slap/funk player and in a rock/funk band currently and want an amp that would suit this sort of playing. If anyone has any other suggestions, they are highly welcomed. Many Thanks, Nick.
9. I remember picking this up as my first bass for a fair price and I loved it and it's served me very well, I would hang on to it but I need to cut down on the amount of guitars around the house and looking for a 6 stringer so having to reluctantly sell. The neck is a really nice shape and has a very smooth feel and you can achieve a great tone out of it once you start playing. Like you said, it can do anything!

11. Hi everyone, I'm deciding to sell my first bass sadly, the Yamaha RBX170. There's a few marks and scuffs on the body and a slight indentation on the 10th fret at the edge of the fretboard at the G string, the dent of which was because of my local music shop storing it recklessly and letting it get hit the past few months, which is why I've taken it back and decided to sell it on here. I only used it for a few months and the string are in quite good shape, but I've got a set of Rotosound Jazz's that I'd be happy to put on before sale if you wanted. Since getting it back, I've worked on the bass as I found there were a lot of problems with contact and buzz between the strings and the pickups. The bass had not previously been set up, either that or the pickups had been raised by the original owner. The strings when played often made contact with the pickups, so I have onset them slightly (lowered them) , and I'm just finishing that piece of work, then that problem should be eliminated and make a nice purchase for someone. This bass has really served me well, the neck is excellent, comfortable and the build and body feels really solid and I've kept it very well, often in a gig-bag or in a protected area. The jack, electronics are all solid and it is a very good bass on its own, and a great starter bass for someone. I'm looking for around [s]£110 [/s]£100 o.n.o , I'll upload pictures soon. Cheers.

16. Brought an excellent Roland DB-700 off Mark , after he messaged me over a topic I posted in the Requests. An excellent amp and great hospitality and allowed for a full test of the amp before purchase. Excellent guy to deal with. Deal with Confidence! Thanks for a great deal.
