Here is my entry this month. I used a mastering tool on logic that when transferred to soundcloud etc it sounds compressed and a bit muffled but it sounds better on my Mac. Anyway I don't have time to do any more with it, so fete it is. It's based losely on my friends experiences on the streets in New York. I'm not sure how much of what he told me was true but it's not the kind of stuff you'd make up. Lol. https://m.soundcloud.com/theboysings/american-dreamer

Pretty good for what it is. The singer needs to hone his craft though. It's all there but it's messy. He's doing it all too fast. Trying to fit too much into each minute. While I understand its a high octane performance it doesn't need to be so full on all the time. The songs are great but for me it's a case of "the singer not the song". Good luck with the album though. Hopefully the album and studio time will give the vocalist some time to deliver the songs in a more considered manner. The voice is obviously not natural so I'm sure he could put on a more discernible performance whilst not losing any of the minerals if you know what I mean.
