1. Here ya go. Never even noticed this but there is a light surface scratch on the front as you can see in the picture. Steve
2. No - but I'll do some! I'll post in the next couple of hours. Steve
3. Interested in a 3 tone burst Mexican Standard Strat? Steve
4. Pretty much mint, working perfectly, just checked over by my local amp tech Revamp - who was really impressed! £900, collection only in North Wales - can meet halfway maybe
5. Doesn't get more classic than this! 3 tone sunburst maple, USA P Bass 2010, excellent condition, case etc. Currently has superb Nordstrand pickups but originals also included. £895 + shipping
6. 75 RI rosewood, excellent condition with case and ashtray pickup cover etc. These are £1769 new if you can get hold of one! Looking for £950 + shipping based in North Wales.
7. Excellent condition, with lovely original case and fitted with the Hipshot Supertone bridge which costs £125 (I have the original but you'd have to be a lunatic to want to use it - the Hipshot is on a different planet!) £895 + shipping, based in North Wales
8. There's a guy in Wanted who's looking for a LH Ric. Steve
9. Warpaint - Jenny Lee Lindberg on bass, breath of fresh air, she and they are fabulous. Steve
10. Any trade opportunities? Bass or amp plus cash? You looking for anything? Steve

12. Price looks spot on to me, someone should snap this up. I was looking for another VBA400 as a backup to the one I have but couldn't find one - this was the sort of price I was looking to pay. In the end I got an Ampeg SVT VR, and in terms of volume and overall tone I reckon they're very much in the same ballpark, I rotate between them now. Just mentioning this as I know a lot more people have experience with the big Ampegs than the terrific VBA. And it's made in the UK! Good luck with the sale. Steve
13. The Empress Effects Compressor looks really good (as do all their pedals). Something it has that few others do is a sidechain input - allowing you to eq the sound for the compressor to work on, seems like this would increase its flexibility quite a bit. Don't know, not tried it yet though. Steve
14. I've got a 75 AVRI Jazz, but it's got the rosewood fretboard. Not been thinking of selling it but we could discuss it if you were interested? Mint, all case candy etc. PM me. It's just had Nordstrand pickups installed too, but also have the originals. Steve
15. Don't know if anyone's after a USA G&L L2000 but there's one here http://www.rattleanddrum.com/product/11822/g-l-l2000-usa-bass-black, lovely colour and looks excellent condition. Am I allowed to post this? Just thought these are a bit hard to find and someone might be looking for one. Steve
16. Looking at the Gibson website support, that serial number seems to indicate 2006? Anyone got any more info on this very unusual bit of kit? What makes you think they're not Gibson pickups? They certainly look similar. Steve
17. Hey Mick, you gotta state a selling price. Even if it weren't the rules I'd be curious anyway! Cheers, Steve
18. Where are you and the bass based dude? Steve
19. Wow, that's gorgeous! Great bloke to deal with too. Steve
20. Yeah, sorry Stacker if my post was inappropriate too, didn't think about it. I know there are rules on here about discussing prices of gear, and quite rightly. I was just wondering who was selling them for that low, certainly I've never seen it. Hope all goes well with the sale. Steve
21.
Music shops are struggling to shift them as well, my local has had a jetglow for nearly a year now and the guy says he looks like loosing money on it, he's tried e.bay several times and he says £1250 would shift it out, which is not bad for a brand new one.
Which music shop? I might tyake a new one for that? Steve
22.
Stingpolicetastic!
And Adam Clayton used one for years too - including the Red Rocks concert. Steve
