1. Hello, I sell this Gibson EB0, from the begining of the 70's, because of the typic head and the 34" neck. The pickup is the original one and the sound is the one we are waiting for from a good Gibson EB0. Sadly the bass has been modified (badass bridge and a precision pickup cavity). It is not beauty at all but no dammages and, with some pickup cover it rules. The real problem of this bass is the trussroad wich is brocken. So the neck is quite incurved. It's still playable but the action is high. All thos hing explains the low price, Shipping include to england from France on the original hardcase. I just ask £400 for this bass. Some pics now : (the precision pickup is no more on the bass, I kept it to put it on a custom project with the same pickup combinaison. It sounds amazing !) Adrien.
2. Shergold made many doublenecks (they are well known for that (Genesis bassist had a bass and 12 string guitar). I think it is really and very rare, your friend can sale it for a lot of money ^^
3. Hi all, I decided myself to sell this pretty awesome bass. Because I have A Peavey T-40 and it is enough for my student budget. it's a true deep and round sound (with the flatwound strings on it). Used by Genesis bassist and perfect for all rock styles (post-rock, prog, rock, punk, noise, etc) She is from 1979 exactly and have the module 5 so you have : Volume and Tone for each pickup Pickup selector humbuckin-singlecoil-dephasing selector for each pickup The body is quite damaged, but for a 32 years old bass, it's not a problem (and it's not changing the sound !) It is a rare bass, never seen an other with this translucide red body ... Waiting for 500£ posted form France (any problem for the packaging, I do it often). Here is some pictures : Cheers
4. Some very good bass on your collection (Italia, Hofner, Shergold, Gibson, Danelectro ...) When I see all that basses, I just said to me that it miss a Rickenbacker ! ^^ You can show some pictures of your shergold on the shergold porn thread if you want.
5. Thanks ShergolsSnickers ! Very lovefull bass, the body is very different and maybe you have'nt the problem of the "downing head" (don't know how to say ^^). I think it's the biggest problem on my modulator. My favorite detail in Shergolds, is the pickguard placement. Totaly useless, but very beautifull !
6. Hi all, Here is more pictures from the modulator. Head : Pickups : Strange and damaged plexi bridge : The recording module (number 5, quiet rare) And complex ^^ The module case, with, as you can see, the system to guaranty the possibility to change your module as you want (on the two sides for the electronics and in the middle to fix each module) : Pickguard : Maple neck with awesome black binding !
7. You're wellcome ! Yeah it's looks a bit like Wal, maybe the english touch ^^ I will post more photos soon, to watch some details (head, pickups, plexi bridge and module).
8. Hi all, Here is two pictures of my Shergol Modulator 4 bass. She is from 1979 exactly and have the module 5 so you have : Volume and Tone for each pickup Pickup selector humbuckin-singlecoil-dephasing selector for each pickup The body is quit damaged, but for a 32 years old bass, it's not a problem (and it's not change the sound !)

13.
I have read some terrible stuff online about their guitar distribution and service.
Bad exepriences are always on the web, but are the visible face of the iceberg. If everybody who deal with thomann had to put a good message on the web it will be ... full of it ^^ You can trust in Woodbrass, this is a big companie so if there is a problem they would be reactiv I think.
14. Hi ! I'm french, so I well know Woodbrass. It's a good adress, serious like thomann. Prices are goods and service too. Bought a guitar from us, have good contact on phone and she arrived in time !
15. Hey ! I received the FlatEric's T-40 yesterday. She's absolutely beautifull and very good playable. I'm very happy with and don't regret my buy. Some pics from France ! "Merci"
