  1. Are you certain you want to trade the magic sounding wt400 for the blend 800 of 550? I have experienced them all and only the 400 sounds that good (3 instances of it!) which might sound like voodoo s*** but it is actually true! strange! p

  3. very surprised it still is there... last time it sold in hours! It might be the wonderful new budget and its cuts all over: insecure economic times ahead ;-) pa

  14. I'm getting old, and pixelated stuff is not ideal... it is readible, just not fun to go through (as these kind of tables take a certain time to digest, no?) anyway, thanks again pa
  15. You know the ones ! If not, see here: georgels.co.uk ;-) I'm selling, all in 0.155 inch, 4 brass straight plugs 2 brass right-angled plugs 5 nickel straight plugs 13 nickel right-angled plugs some bits of cable as well: 2 x 9.5" 1 x 12" 2 x 43" enough to do a pedal board in other words. Just the plugs worth £114 without shipping, I am open to any reasonable offers around the usual used price. I am not interested in splitting though thanks pa
  16. thanks for this (despite the patronising tone) but this is not good enough as the scan is poor quality... I want something a little more readible. thanks for the attention pa
  17. Dear all I am looking for a copy of this thorough comparison done by Bass Player in 2004 (or any other more recent!) I have missplaced my BP copy! Anyone has this? The links on BP website do not give the full graphs... thanks pa
  18. Thanks all for the input. Some more info that your thoughts have triggered: - WT800 does not sound as good as WT-400. Go figure why, but a lot of user will confirm this. - the eden small amp is not an option: no sweepable mid is unforgivable for me - the mark bass amp have had a tiny sound both time I've tried them... maybe I should give them another try at bassdirect - I've got 2 UL112 already, and even the WT400 does not make the same job: I still get a mid-bump, and the highs seem boosted... Please do not feel I am being negative: I just humbly tell you all what I think, so maybe you will corner what I am after. Thanks again for all your inputs pa
