put the price up! I have this pup mod and it takes the SR to a whole new level

What a way to start the week! (I know it's already Tuesday, no wise-cracks necessary)
What @Cat Burrito said (three posts above) – this thread has shown a hint of 'angry mob with pitchforks' – chill the feck out people
Mods: Maybe we need a sticky or whatever to lay down some rules about self-promotion via Youtube etc so we can avoid hurting people's feelings

Thanks man, nice piece that sums things up perfectly – I love all that mis-spelling of artists names, always makes me wonder what the heck was going on
I agree with you about the bass on the second one – I'm sure my vinyl copy from decades ago doesn't have that cymbal at the start, will have to dig it out and check 🙃

Does anyone know if the Tesco's on Green Street is doing a special offer on their own-brand pale ale right now?

Great work Andy! Yes, I'll do a sound clip hopefully in the very near future 😎

Some leftover oak worktop, an hour or so in the garden with the chopsaw and drill/hole saw, and a bit of rasping and sanding, plus some sticky-back rubber from hobbycraft and some osmo oil to finish…

I don't suppose Wal would sell their bridges separately?
I did ask Paul for a bridge but he said he couldn't provide one – I did get a string retainer and a case though

And it's silky smooth to the touch. If feels like a well-cared for 40 year-old bass...
...which is where we came in
mission accomplished – it's looking amazing!

+1 for the steam approach – I saw a multi-dinged Stingray headstock sorted this way

@Andyjr1515 is the top of the neck asymmetrical, or is it waiting to be carved?

How does this differ from a Japan Mustang?

Paul used to have spare ones, years ago I ordered a set for my ProIIe. don't know if he still has them..
My replacements were just last year, so there is a good chance he has more

I'll be encouraging @Fishman to drink a few more pints of beer

Love the finish
Not final – I will re-dye with the Feibings black leather dye and go again with the sanding – it will be similar to this but not patchy

John East does one, although it doesn't seem to be on his new website – I got a couple from him last year so might be worth an email
