1. I had one of these and it's a great bass!! Always wish I hadn't traded it; wish I could help you out but sadly all I have is an Xotic P bass for part-ex. GLWTS
2. Hi Luke, sadly I don't play 5 strings...tried once a few years back and couldn't get past playing the low B instead of the E. Feel free to PM me some pics and if it's of interest, I may go for a part/ex?
3. Sweet mother of god that is beautiful. I love Sandberg's. Sadly all I have is trade bait! GLWTS
4. Hi all, Up for sale due to general lack of use is my Xotic XP-1T P-Bass in a three tone sunburst. The bass is in great condition used mostly for recording and a few gigs. The bass comes with all the relevant tools, the spec sheet and the branded Xotic gig bag (very similar to an enhanced Protec Contego bag (with added bottom strap button protection). This bass is fantastic. Extremely well made and finished instrument. Sounds great and due to the 3 band pre-amp and toggle switches can dial in a wide variety of sounds, from classic P-bass to anything more modern. Please check out this link for some more pictures: https://goo.gl/photo...p9fjFF9YowbLtu8 - let me know if you have any issues and I'll upload them to a better picture hosting site. Now uploaded to Photobucket for easier viewing: http://s642.photobuc...c%20XP-1T/story Condition: A number of scratches on the pick guard from use with a pick and a few light scuffs on the finish, but nothing major that I was able to photo. On further inspection;

There's a few light marks on the top of the headstock (I've captured these in some more recent pictures).
There's also a screw missing from the backplate, I'll try to find the missing screw, but wanted to mention it in the interest of full disclosure in case I can't locate it.
The gig bag has been used and is therefore showing signs of use. I'm happy to deliver within 50-100 miles for petrol, or can arrange a courier to UK mainland or overseas via Interparcel at buyers expense. Sale: Due to the need to save some money, I'm ideally looking for a straight sale and I'd love to get what I paid for this, but pricing it a bit lower given the slow market at the moment. I would certainly entertain trades for a lesser bass with cash my way; what have you got? . Trades: Basses of particular trade interest: anything with 4 strings and especially with a 44mm nut width. Also: Super jazz basses (Sadowsky, ACG, Celinder, Lakland etc.), Musicman's, Warwick's, Sandberg's, Spector's, late 60's/70's Jazz basses with neck binding and block inlays or Fender American Vintage '74 Jazz Bass, Fender Jazz Bass Deluxe etc. Thanks for looking! EDIT: Added some more pictures and more detail to the body.
5. You're welcome! I figure free music is always a good thing and should be shared! I hope you like it!
6. Hi all, My band Wheels have just released our second album and it's available for free download from Bandcamp: http://wheels1.bandcamp.com. It's also available to stream as a playlist on YouTube from here: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL7Y08uGgHdz1FHXKuOzYz9XsIFB0hODTD Please feel free to listen / download and if you like what you hear, please share it around! Enjoy!
7. What's the nut width on this? If it's near 44mm, colour me interested
8. What does that sound like?! I'm very tempted, even if it's a bit more than I've got to spare at the moment...
9. Lovely bass! Wish I had anything to trade or the readies to buy!
10. So, so tempted. If the neck was a little wider, I think I'd go for it, but I just know it won't be quite what I'm looking for...it really is a beauty though!
11. Argh...the Fiancé would kill me if I used our wedding fund to buy this....but sorely tempted!
12. How is this still here?!
13. Just out of interest, what's the neck profile like? Nut width and neck thickness at the nut? Anything like 44mm nut width and 22mm neck thickness?
14. Can't stop coming back to take a sneaky look at this....it's lurvely!
15. Oooh, that is lovely...if I only had the spare cash! I'm growing ever more drawn to the block inlay and binding on the necks of the late 60's, 70's era jazz basses and with that cherry burst, it looks awesome!
16. Oooooh, just seen this! Always wanted a '75 reissue with the block inlays and binding, but never seen a red one before. Swish. Very swish!
17. Very nice! Digging the satin finish!
18. Awesome basses these! So much bang for the buck, albeit an extremely precise price
19. Hey dude, is this still around?
20. Would love to see some more pics and have a bit more detail on this one. Not planning on using eBay though....
21. Only discovered these models recently! Very intrigued to see what one sounds like! GLWTS!
