For sale here is a superb bass combo from Ampeg. Seemingly difficult to get hold of these days, the BA500 offers amazing power and volume from a relatively compact package. It offers 350w on its own, coupled with a separate bass speaker it offers the full 500w. It has served me well for about 8 years now but these days I use it very rarely. It has foam padding stuck to the top of it which can be easily removed if needed. It comes with detachable wheels that came as standard for easier transport. Hello all I would like to draw your attention to a bass that I am currently selling on ebay. The description that exists there is as follows, For sale here is a Warwick Neck-Thru 4 string bass from 2001. It is in good condition, with very minor blemishes from gigging. It has recently had the frets professionally levelled by KGB Music from Merseyside, who also set the bass up. It sounds fantastic and is a beautiful example of this fine Warwick model. There is minor damage in that one of the brackets holding the Just-a-Nut II in place has come away. This does not affect the sound at all, it simply means that the Just-a-Nut II is loose when you are changing strings. As the bracket is not a part designed to take any force it should not be difficult to reattach. I have taken a photograph of the relevant area of the bass so you can see, it is where the neck meets the stock. I have fitted new strings to the bass and have regularly polished the woodwork using Warwick Wax, a tin and a 1/2 of which I'll throw in with the bass. It does not come with a case so please bring along a case if you wish to buy. This item is collection only, I am based in Wirral and also the Scottish Borders.
