  1. Just got one this week, they come in two string spacings 18 & 20mm. These are outstanding bass's. Ive owned lots of so called high end bass's which didn't come close to the build quality of the one I have. The sounds on offer from the pre amp are endless. I would send it back as suggested or someone is in for an early Christmas present. GLWTS

  8. Hi Guy's Something I want as come up, and after being told to put the Lakland back on the scales again by Muzz as my previous estimate sounded to high, here we have my Lakland JO5 (korean 2007) 10.3lbs bought form Moresfull a few months ago (nice guy hope the new bass is making you smile). Despite my best efforts I just can not get on with the 35inch scale. This bass is lovely and in great condition. It has a couple of very minor scratches (see images) and the bridges saddles need a good cleaning. I'm sure a lot of people will see these imperfections as character but I think they need pointing out. The pics show a Jretro pre amp which has now been removed and sold to another great basschater, the original plate and controls have been re-fitted .You can try before you buy along with tea and biscuits. This bass will not disappoint.. NOW £500 only for sale until Sunday then bass will be withdrawn and traded. Collection from Stoke or Del at buyers cost. I am willing to meet up within reason. Cheers for looking The Skyline Joe Osborn is manufactured to the same specifications as our US-made Joe Osborn Signature Series Bass and outfitted with the same passively delicious Lakland J-style pickups. 10. Thanks for the comments guys just wish I could have got used to it. A great bass with low action and nice even sound all over the fretbaord. Better than nearly all the Fenders I have ever played (and I have been through a lot) with the exception of recent road worn and a jaco I owned for quite a while. Just missed out on a trade I was going to do so looks like this is going into hybernation for a while. Cheers
  11. Last chance. Pulling this down after tonights gig. Thanks for looking
  12. Price drop untill Saturday then this will be withdrawn £525 bass only
  13. Looks like the love has gone out there for this model or are we just all skint ?
  14. One and only price drop to £575 then this will be removed at the weekend and traded else where. Cheers for looking
  15. Thanks for that juliusmonk, I agree I just can't get 100% comfortable with scale length and string spacing after playing Warwicks for so long.Just wish I had a bit more skill to adapt.I think I will give this another week then it could be off to the shops to trade. Cheers
  16. Hi If my bass sells I'll get in touch but GLWTS anyway.
  17. Very nice, If mine sells I may be tempted. but GLWTS anyway.
  18. OK willing to throw in the case which is in vgc as long as bass is collected. Cheers
  19. Hi Chris Just put it on the bathroom scales its showing just over 10lbs but I would allow a pound or so either way as the scales are not that great. Cheers
