Haha, has he not set a reserve?
Well, maybe he was telling the truth, he ended the auction before the 12 hour deadline, and sold it outside of Ebay So, if he sold this Japanese made, mahogany wings, maple neck, finished in the USA for £625 Then mine American made, quilted maple wings, maple neck, must be worth a bloody fortune, I know I paid double what the white one sold for
I am desperate! But I thought the money I'm owed would've transferred in by now
Well, you never know, it might still be here when it has, not being after the Ironbird in a big way now, I'm not in a hurry to sell it, and don't "Need" to sell it at all

MK1 RBX 6JM in Turquoise for sale, all paint chips and scuffs are free of charge Comes with Gold Schaller Straplocks (Inc bits for the strap) and a Kinsman ABS hardcase in fair condition.Frets are good and unusually it STILL has it's battery cover Currently strung with an old set of D'addario EXL 170-6's, but the C string broke and was replaced with god knows what. A previous owner replaced the jack socket with a Locking type, and in doing so, had to remove some wood to fit it (NOT visable from the outside), so it could not be returned to a hidden jack socket £500, collection prefered from Plymouth, but shipping could be arranged for £50 (The bass is heavy, but thankfully the case is lighter than the flight case with the red one) Swap would be considered for a Euro Spector 4 or 5 in a trans colour (Laquer NOT oil finish)

Mk1 RBX 6JM for sale, all paint chips or scuffs come free, frets in good shape, unusually, it STILL has it's battery cover, comes with Gold Schaller straplocks (Inc bits for your Strap) Comes with a Full Flight case, not original to the bass, would need new foam to look pretty (I think it had a Ric in it originally) Jack socket has been replaced, but the bass hasn't been altered £500, pick up prefered from Plymouth, but Postage could be arranged at around £60 (The bass is heavy and so is the case) Currently strung with an old set of D'addario EXL 170-6's One of the knobs is not exactly the same as the other 4 Swap would be considered for a Euro Spector 4 or 5 in a trans colour (Laquer NOT oil finish)
crazy bitch. get yousen some almond oil from the chemist. orange or lemon oil too. in fact just about any natural oil will suffice. olive oil anyone?
I already mentioned Olive Oil (Post #16), I was told to use that by Chris Eccleshall, on an Ibanez Rg570 that had been in a house fire, the fretboard was swallowing Dunlop fingerboard oil and still remained streaked with white marks, one application of Olive oil and the board was perfect

They gave me the serial #, shich shows it was made a couple of years after the film, and to top it off, I found THE Spinal Tap bass for my friend in the USA, and have a Certificate from the guy who designed it, stating his is the Spinal Tap bass I informed Chicago Music Exchange that their doubleneck isn't the Spinal Tap bass, and why, yet they haven't changed their description of the bass -
Noriko Sada is a star, he works for Ishibashi, I bought an NJ B.C.Rich Mockingbird from them once
-
I haven't bought from the section, because there's rarely what I want there, and when there is, it's more than what I'd want to pay for it, or it's not exactly what I'd want For example, an Oil finished bass, when I want that particular model in a trans coloured laquered finish I'm a fussy so and so
-
If money is no problem, then you could get a vintage B.C.Rich Bich, 30.5" scale length, these are my 2, but they made 4 string versions as well as the 8 stringers

Now that's not a bad idea, especially as I was offered a Bich 8 I sold in 1993 back recently -

I'm not a fan of the JM2 either, I would buy another JM1 though -
If it can hold this Then you'll have no issues with a Thunderbird on a Hercules stand

Yeah, I still have mine BOTH of them LOL OK, They're VERY heavy, so if you've got a bad back (Like me), Suffer The frets are pretty thin, necks are wide, but thin Can sound quite deep or piano high, depending on your settings, very well controled B string, doesn't flop around like some can Things to watch out for, dodgy jack sockets, both of mine have at some point been replaced, one with an original socket, and someone else put a locking socket on the other. Also, the finish on the back of the neck is too thin, wears out, quite badly on some I've seen.Great battery access, but keep an eye on the battery cover, I've seen quite a few basses, missing the cover. My red one has a full flight case, and until Tuesday, my Turqoiue one had no case, but I scored an ABS Kinsman case from the local Gumtree for £35 which fits it perfectly -
Hi Ray, from another Plymouthian
Lol. Well, all joking aside, I have nothing against BC Rich and would quite like a Warlock bass. Which of the bass series are good at the minute?
N.J. Deluxe series with the Abalone binding everywhere, played a 5 string version, very nice
I think it's a platinum series Warlock guitar. Must have been 1997 when I bought it (new). No photos but if I get time later I'll post a few up.
Well, there ya go, Platinum series were at the bottom part of the barrel, no disrespect, in fact, at one point the Platinums were made out of Plywood
Is it now safe to buy a Warlock bass? To match the Warlock guitar I still have from my teens... which I never played much... because it was crap. Presumably it still is, unless a decade+ of sitting in a gig bag has improved it. If memory serves I spent most of the time borrowing my girlfriend's hideous red guitar... which might have been a Charvel. Disclaimer: Just because I don't like any BC Rich gear I've actually played doesn't mean they're not perfect for others. Don't hate me for having [s]taste[/s] opinions.
Depends what series Warlock bass Let's see this wonderful Warlock guitar then

I'm not gonna waste my time defending B.C.Rich basses to the hoards of Fender/Gibson fanboi's, leaves more great basses for us that know what a BCR really is, and have actually played one or more
