I came across an article in a bass blog. its a Shaftesbury based on rick 330 guitar. the rick police had ebay pull it even though rickenbacker never made a bass version, go figure. I like the look of the pickguard on this strat, i think it makes a nice combination with the body. would'nt mind putting one on a jazz. has anyone seen one anywhere?, i emailed the guy but no answer. don't even know what you would call it.
