Down from £5290 to £4275 here. A long wait but that’s quite a saving:

Well, was too good to be true:  Bax hadn’t managed to get any in after 6 months of hanging on to £4k and pushing back the estimate several times so I got one elsewhere as soon as one became available.

My Behringer D is up for sale as I need to make some money back for anyone interested:

    Hi

Nice controller, is this work on android ? we need long wait to start up ?

The first batch of units is due to be with customers this month.

Or do you mean the time it takes to boot up after being switched on?  A few seconds I’ll have check for the exact time.

I could get REALLY lost in that!

It’s pretty awesome just playing it on its own from a keyboard too.

I’d honestly be tempted to keep it as it’s so ridiculously cheap compared to the Moog. I actually got it as the wait time for the Moog was so very long. However, I really could do with recouping some funds wherever I can. If I hadn’t wanted to have the “real deal” with the keyboard and beautiful cabinetry I’d have been perfectly happy with this Behringer (and considerably better off financially).

I'm pretty sure the whole Groove Regulator/Wonderlove/Chromatron series is based on the Meatball, but as said above, could be wrong! :)

Wonderlove was a Meatball design. Chromatron has Spencer’s own envelope follower circuit which eliminates the warble of the previous iterations.

I was considering going for one (having ordered then cancelled when this first came out and I waited 9 months for nothing!) but honestly when it came to it I couldn't bring myself to press the button. I think Spencer comes across as quite prickly, especially when the first batches had print problems and he was slow to rectify. The preamp debacle last time around was spectacular... it's his product so he can do what he likes but he does seem to hate his own customers sometimes.

Wish someone else would get a small OC-2 with a SUB solo out on to the market! Cog mini t-47 looked promising but again, good luck getting one!

After some feedback from me and probably others, Tom at Cog changed his model and the option to buy from the last batch was up for several days before hitting the point where he closed orders. Hoping he’ll do that when his mini model launches.

What did you go for in the end?

I’ve kept my MXR Vintage Bass Octave. (Would still like to get the Cog T-47 though for the dual channel thing but missed the last batch due to having to wait for a refund on something else; took weeks of chasing, by which time the Cogs had sold out.)

Absolutely gutted that I've once again missed out on an Octabvre.

I waited ages for Spencer to announce another run and 100 of them went live at 9am PST (5pm GMT).

I couldn't possible have got through the order process quicker than I did. The clock was still showing 1700hrs when I clicked purchase and they had sold out.

I thought FEA Labs were bad, but at least I was able to get on a list with them and they did eventually deliver.

It seems a lot of these Octabvre pedals get re-sold for profit. What's worse 3Leaf have put 7 of the 100 on eBay and they're all going way above the site price of $333.

Not a chance in hell I'm bidding any of them.

    I'll do without.

    Sorry to hear that.

Probably not much comfort but there are other options out there. The 3Leaf stuff is pretty nice but it’s overpriced and not the only game in town for that sound. I had one and sold it about a month after I got it.

I just bought the C4 and a dmc micro. Ichad to order and adapter to connect but looking forward to getting stuck in.

2 questions if anyone might know.

Is there an easy way to rearrange order of presets? I am able to load them but id like to change the 6 defaultones to test out others while i wait for my adapter.

Second question is can i usebthe multi jack on the dmc micro to plug an expression pedal into the C4? Do i have to config?

You currently can’t drag and drop presets. That will be implemented in Neuro 3.0. The way to do it currently is delete an unwanted preset and use the spare slot to re-save a preset to the empty slot and then delete the original.

You can of course simply overwrite any preset with another.
