1. Bump. Price drops. And they are on ebay now too.
2. Hi all, Pedals for sale or trades considered: Digitech Turbo Flange - excellent condition, 7 flange modes, I just don't need it. £40 posted to you. [s]Tech 21 XXL overdrive/distortion - masses of gain and a warp control for altering the voice. Again, realised I'm not going to use it. £55 posted to you. T-Rex Comp Nova - nice compressor with Comp, Level and Attack controls. Great condition. £65 posted to you.[/s] MXR Bass Auto Q - nice auto wah based on the bass CryBaby pedal, tweakable with a nice shimmer effect added. Excellent condition, bought from new only a couple of months ago. £75 posted to you. Pics to be supplied, or I can email them to you on request. Thanks, Andy
3. Bump, will listen to trade offers - filters, overdrives, chorus in particular...
4. A gaggle of pedals for sale, to make room for new ones: [s]Line 6 Echo Park delay Loads of modes, three voices (Analog, Digi and Tape), and built in tap tempo with various divisions. In good working order but with some signs of wear, no box or manual. If you want I can also throw in a Gig Rig virtual battery so it will run happily on a daisy chain. £70 posted to the UK, or £85 with the virtual battery.[/s] - Sold on eBay ISP Fetish Overdrive/Distortion Nice mid to high gain pedal with a vaguely tubescreamery eq profile imo, sounds nice and grindy on bass although its primarily a guitar pedal. Made by the same people that make the Decimator noise reducer so its good quality. £40 posted Tech 21 XXL The general version, not the bass specific, but I think it looks better anyway and it may well sound just as good. I've got no real use for it so it may as well go to someone who has. £60 posted DOD FX25B Envelope Filter You all know this one. It's green and funky. Dodgy switch (works, but needs encouragement and a firm foot!) so lower price. £30 posted BYOC British Blues Overdrive This one is a clone of the famous Marshall Bluesbreaker OD pedal (Mk1). Volume, Gain and Tone controls for a sparkly amp-like distortion. It wasn't built by me but it is a very reliable build, I've never had a problem with it. No paint job doe to it so you also have the opportunity to customise! £40 posted Behringer AB100 Instrument/Amp Selector A decent line selector, 2 guitars 1 amp or vice versa. handy simple device to switch between units. £15 posted. Take £5 off each price if you want to collect in person from Sandhurst, Berks.
5. Thanks for an easy deal! Recommended. Andy
6.
ive got one of these pretty powerful they pack a punch!
That they do and I really enjoy playing it, a lot of grunt from the humbucker and strung with a new set of EXPs it has a real zing. I guess the look and styling just isn't for everybody as the SRs seem to be much more common.
7. Hi there, No longer a feeeler, looking to sell for £200 or trade/px for a 5er. It's in good condition, quilted top over basswood body, rosewood fingerboard, Ibanez J/MM pickup configuration, 2-band active eq with push-pull active-passive switch & pickup pan knob. Lovely condition, everything works as it should. Looking for a 5 string of equivalent value, thinking of Ibanez, Yamaha, Mex Fender/Squier VM types. These are pretty rare so its hard to put a value on it, but if you fancy it get in contact and perhaps we can agree something. I'm based in Berkshire/Surrey. Looks like the picture below - not the actual guitar but you get the idea.

Just bought a pedal board from Tim, next day delivery, can't say fairer than that!
11. Hi there, [s]The Korg Ampworks is a pretty basic, incredibly simple, relatively good-sounding amp & cab modeler with built-in effects, a kind of mini-pod on a budget. 11 amp models and 10 cab models, as well as 11 1-knob tweakable effects. I've found this really useful, all the amp models are different but useable and the effects can be very pleasant although they are a bit hit-or-miss, the chorus and the filter were imo very pleasant! It runs off 2 AA batteries or a 4.5v power supply so its not really pedalboard-friendly, but as an amp-top preamp or desktop box it's great value for money with a range of useable tones and effects. Boxed with instructions, its £35 posted to your door, or try me with trades/px for chorus pedals in particular.[/s] Also now for sale: Fender PT-10 pedal tuner - a decent little tuner with led tuning indicators. Quite battered but still works well, £20 posted. Boss ODB-3 Bass Overdrive - cosmetically battered and not working correctly, the blend knob fades between clean and... nothing. Could be an easy fix, but its beyond me I'm afraid so £15 posted to someone technically gifted or just ambitious? Pics can be forthcoming if necessary. Try me with offers, I want rid of these!
12. Another thumbs up, very quick delivery too!
13. Oh yes... I'm sure this is in a few people's setlists.
14.
Cliff Williams of AC/DC always impresses me with his solid no-frills basslines. That's what bass playing is all about - the song.
So true - 'Shoot To Thrill' has the simplest bassline, but the inverted note in the 2nd chorus (2:06) is the most perfect way to lift the song. Such simple variation makes a big difference to the feel.
