Ive been waiting for this new album...they always come through for me...the usual slick jazz soul, and great production...they got Chaka on board too.

there is a track called "Everything that we are" on the album and its f***ing amazing...tis what i love about Incognito..

Boz Scaggs's classic with Mario Biondi and Chaka Khan...this is a gem..

Oh that is more like it!!

I have been a bit disappointed by their last few efforts they just didn't do it for me in the way that Tribes and 100 degrees did in the past but this sounds much, much better. I am going to buy it today.

Cheers for the heads up!

Mmmm, still funky as hell! And no mistaking the dulcet tones of Ms Khan... :)
Nice version of Boz Scaggs 'Lowdown' too. I've always loved that number.
Funnily enough, I was just looking up details of the Dukes of September tour (Boz Scaggs, Donald Fagen & Michael MacDonald) and whether they might make their way across the pond. Would love to see that!

You seen the Incognito 30th Anniversary DVD yet?

Well worth a look/listen I reckon. :)

There just isn't (to my knowledge, anyway) any more big funk bands. The days of EWF, Cameo. Kool, etc are long gone. This is probably due to touring logistics. The only bands out there are probably Jamiroquai and Incognito, who can afford to hire a brass section, backing vox and percussion.

That's why the recent Stevie DVD, and this Incognito one, are so special.
