Is this the start of a new thread on circuitboard porn? :)

PS, I have a Mesa Walkabout and, for me, its the best tube/solid state hybrid sound I have yet found. It overdrives nicely and sounds very authentically valve-y.

love my Ev loaded diesel 4x10 cab to bits, paired to me SVT classic best fourbeeten ive ever heard IMHO.
weighs a bleeding ton and then some, especially as mine is flightcased, but can just about lift/slide it into the back of the van on me todd.
no pain no gain... :)

Sorry but, as an ex-owner of a Mesa Boogie 400+ I can say that their build quality is light years ahead of some of the makes you mention. I would agree though, that they are way too expensive but as a company Mesa have their financial profile and seem to be doing well, so expensive seems to be working for them.
