Funkaholic Posted October 9, 2024 Posted October 9, 2024 Out of curiosity/necessity for a project, we started making stainless steel bent plate bridges with threaded saddles like pre-CBS Fenders. 4 string version has the pre-CBS specs, the 5 string version comes in three different spacings, pre-CBS (20mm), narrower 19.5mm and 19mm. All the saddles are the same 19mm but plates make the difference.Ā 5 Quote

The weight is identical by the way, Ā I started doing this as I could not find any bridge with pre-CBS spacing for a 5 string bass. Moollonās bridge is 20mmmspaced but they wonāt sell it anyways Ā Quote
