Since Covid I've managed to reduce some of my back problems by regular daily workouts. I'm working on all muscle groups, rebuilding muscle mass and strength. Unfortunately, all my good work is being undone by an arthritic hip which doesn't respond to any treatment other than pain killers! 1 Quote
Leonard Smalls Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago 3 hours ago, peteb said: The best way of doing this is to go to a gym Being mean, I found the best way to do this was not to spend any money and do strengthening exercises every morning at home - currently doing a mixture of pilates and yoga, with crunchies (mmm!), press ups, squats (50lbs on a bar), curls and a few other bit'n'bobs . It does add getting on for 1/2 hour to my getting up routine, but no bad back for around 15 years... Quote

I did at first buy a couple of basses with thinner necks but they`re not really my preference so put the hours in on said technique, all seems ok.
