Kramer DMZ4001A, 1979, superb condition, plays great with tons of sustain, minimal fret wear, I had a pick up surround made which looks more aesthetically pleasing, (no drill extra holes and the original is included) lovely grain and includes the original hard case.

I should imagine this is quite rare now.

Trade wise I have 2 specific wants….1. Musicman stingray, natural/maple preferably 2eq 2. Fender American precision sunburst with maple or RW neck (no 44mm nut widths pls) cash adjustments either way and can travel within reason for a meet up

These metal neck Kramers do have a unique sound. I think they look super cool too!

They do, the clarity of the notes stands out.  Don't be put off by internet chat about tuning instability.  I have owned mine (same model as here) for 14+ years. Used in many venues, including a gig in a brewery.  This had Industrial space heaters, blasts of of hot air then cooling, plenty of temperature changes, no problems. Build quality is excellent. GLWTS.  @Shaggy will be a;long soon to comment on his Kramer(s?).
