Stray Cats Runaway Boys - what’s the walk?

Just started to learn Runaway Boys, and I’m hearing this on the opening walk:

Eb Db C Bb Ab Gb F E

Seems right to me, although various YouTube play throughs / tab sites have it differently. Any thoughts from the Basschat rockabilly crew..?

I believe your ears are correct. Not having a bass to hand I am relying on intonating the intervals in my head. The sharpened octave leads back to the root so pretty sure you got it nailed.

Tab off the interwebz is frequently a pile of dog doo and likewise not to be trusted as far as it can be thrown.

Seems right to me,

It's: E D C# B A G F# F.  I think the easiest place to pitch the notes is when Brian Setzer come in singing, as his vocal line duplicates the bass line.  You had it right, but in the wrong key.

Thanks all for checking it out - having listened further, and watched Lee Rocker's lefthand in the video below (starting 1 minute in) I'm going with @jrixn1 - much appreciated!

Love it.  Can't stop playing this now.  Albeit on a short scale acoustic bass guitar.
