I love this bass but it's too similar to my old 78 jazz so i might as well play the ''real deal'', ill consider any trade ideas but i'd most like a 64/65 reissue (not sure of the year), japanese jobber.

Sounds a hell of a lot like my old jazz bass, but like i said, not a replacement, so i'm gonna get shot of it!

There is a slight knock on the bottom, not visible from the front, where i'd dropped it at a gig.

Bass will come with original bridge, not the badass you see here, Fender soft case.

Will be putting this one on ebay.

I'll sell for £550, but would

Price may be a bit steep for a 2nd hand bass, albeit 1 month old, its still 2nd hand.

You can get a new one for £540 imported here!!!

I think you may be hard pressed to find a '65, mine was by fluke (i thought i was buying a '62) From what i hear they are quite a rare find. It might be worth emailing Ishibashi, John at far east guitars or even the guitar emporium. You may be lucky. Great sounding basses tho.

Edit just had a look and you can get one from here.

It appears this is not a good time to be selling! I've had no luck with my '91 USA '60/'61 re-issue stack-knob Jazz, which I've got up for just £100 more than yours! Heaven knows everyone appears to be wanting Jazzes and loads of positive comments but with Summer hol's etc. pockets are pretty deep.
